If I could give a zero star I would, the pharmacist was so unprofessional talking down to the patient before me in the line, he was respectfully asking to see how much longer would it take for his medication to be ready and that he has been waiting in the store for over an hour but the lady pharmacist started going off at him and refusing to even transfer out his medication to another branch. Then she proceeded to tell the patient and I quote “do you wanna get a job?” The level of unprofessional and rude attitude I have never had seen such a disgusting incident
Is that even legally allowed to deny and withholding patients medication?
Who ever is managing this place needs to review and have a checking with his staff or do a little training ! She is rude and could have caused a lethal outcome by not helping my diabetic JMU student get some insulin tonight. She shut down the phones so the doctor was not able to call in and fix the prescription- she left for the night and left my daughter with no medication- my daughter can die with out insulin. Jessica was rude to me on the phone and kicked my daughter out of the store. An innocent customer helped her and said she had seen other JMU student being berated and treated horribly before. The store manager and a pharmacy associate helped to get her through the night !!! We will NEVER go to this CVS again!!! Cvs needs to review all of there terrible reviews and do something to make this right!!! Im sure a recent pharmacy grad would like a job!!

The female pharmacist has no clue what she is doing and is 110% incompetent in her job, rude and totally unprofessional. She is absolutely clueless and shouldnt even be allowed to run a drive thru at a Tasty Freeze much less a pharmacy. The entire team has no communication within and most seem to not have any experience at all. You’re better off goin somewhere else and avoid the hassle and incompetence. By Jeffrey Mayo Sr (2 months ago)9-22-2021 I never Thought it would come a Day that I would actually Hear from a CVS Pharmacist that She didn’t Care if We didn’t like it or not that My Friend’s Prescriptions would Not be Ready until 8pm. It’s Very Sad especially when She called In at 1130am and the Prescriptions were for 2 Inhalers Only. No Pills to be Counted just 2 Boxed Inhalers. She told us it was Approved over the Phone. I cannot believe it would take over 8 hours to fill 2 Inhalers. All the Other CVS’s are So Nice and Try to go out of their way to Help Everyone but Not this one. I told my Friend I see why you’re upset!! My Friend has Severe Asthma since She was Born and Cancer and It’s Ironic .. CVS .. when you Fill my Friends medicines it Tells you All her Medical Needs & Problems. Those Inhalers should have been done within an hour if that!! I just picked them up for my Friend because I too am Handicapped. It’s 7pm on 9-23-2021 and CVS you also know me and my History. I switched to this CVS out of hopes they’d be better than the local Walgreens… but every single month there is something that prevents them from getting my meds. They’ve been out, they’ve been unexpectedly closed, they’ve not had it ready after they said they would, etc etc. The last time I asked for confirmation it’d be there, they were just rude. I suspect CVS doesn’t want to staff the pharmacy adequately, so I don’t want to blame the pharmacists, but this is not a reliable place to fill prescriptions.
This used to be the best pharmacy in my area. It’s the closest one for me but that doesn’t matter as much to me as good service! Well today is the final straw, closed from 1-2 for lunch!! Ridiculous, everyone doesn’t have to go to lunch at the same time especially at that time of day. I’m sitting at the window waiting for much needed pain meds for my husband that were supposed to be ready hours ago and weren’t. I’m done with this pharmacy. No one cares to do the right thing anymore but this takes the cake and meds are important! The pharmacist was extremely rude to me a month ago and deleted a prescription I was trying to get for my husband so I had to get another written one from the Dr.. Who does that!
I am extremely impressed with this CVS! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that I get what I need. The pharmacy has a wide variety of products, and I appreciate that they are open late, which makes it convenient for me to pick up what I need at any time. The store is always clean and well-organized, which makes shopping here a pleasure. Overall, this is an outstanding pharmacy that I highly recommend to anyone in the area.
A week before Christmas I either had food poisoning or the stomach flu. My husband spoke to a wonderful pharmacist who took time out of his extremely busy day to suggest a medication and explained dosing instructions in great detail. According to my husband, they were absolutely swamped. I can’t thank that pharmacist enough for taking the time out of his very busy day to help us. After taking the recommended doses, I felt so much better. Thanks again for all you do! You are appreciated!
I just pulled out of line after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through. I was the third car in line, 25 minutes later the line had not moved. I never get through their drive through in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy after dealing with this for far too long
