I used self check out and a light came on because it couldn’t feel the weight of the toilet paper in the bagging area. Linu the worker proceeded to hit no on two of my extra care coupon bucks which are rewards without asking me, and I said no I wanted to use those. He said rudely well I can cancel everything and ring you up again. Why would I want to do that, I already scanned everything myself? I’ve picked up prescriptions and shopped here since 2007, and was treated poorly by someone who treated me like I was stealing from the store. I’ll shop elsewhere if I encounter rude service again. So disappointed and aggravating and no one apologized, not even the other older lady who works there when I explained what happened.By Cristielyn Sanchez (5 months ago)Harassing people is not a good idea for cvs. A manager walked up to my friends who is picking up her medication and claims that she has stolen thing. So she thinks it’s a good idea to search her illegally because my friend and not give her permission. Thank God cop called.By Mack Ptacek (a month ago)I’m new to the area and have started picking up prescriptions here. I’m in between jobs and waiting on my insurance to start at the moment. Everyone that has helped me in the pharmacy has been so helpful every time I come in. They helped me get my prescription for 1 week until my health insurance kicked in. I truly feel like they went above and beyond to make that happen for me. I’m so thankful for their help in getting me my prescription at a price I can actually afford to buy me a weeks time for insurance to start. Thank you!!By Natalie Gathings (a year ago)Have always had great service in the pharmacy even when really busy!By Krista Hoeg (4 months ago)Called to ask a simple question. I understand the store is busy, I have no problem with the hold. However, the the young lady who picked up the phone after this long hold was easily one the most unpleasant individuals I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Their absolutely troll like attitude was unappreciated, after asking to speak to a manager I was promptly told “They weren’t here.” After that I asked to speak with the shift supervisor instead. She then told me “No, we are all busy.” and hung up. Ma’am you were absolutely RUDE.By Cole Lee (2 years ago)

I can’t say enough good things about the employees in this CVS pharmacy. They are so busy all the time. Yet they are always so pleasant & helpful. Sometimes it may feel like my order may be taking to long. But I know the pharmacist and staff are making sure that my prescription is completed accurately. Thank you!!! One complaint I have, is the phone system. I should not have to listen about COVID choices when that is not what I’m calling about. Once you get into that cycle, I don’t think you can get out except to end your call and start all over.I am not taking away any points on my rating, because that is not the fault of the pharmacy.By Julie Anderson (3 months ago)Before I begin I must say thank you so much Amanda your a life saver. First time using cvs and it was awesome. My prescriptions rang up to almost 1200 small insurance problem that was fixed right away. Dropped one down to $1 the other was still 1100 she got it down too 350ish with goodrx. It was still too much but she didn’t want me to go without it so she said I could just make the quantity less. I was able to get enough to make it to my new doctor THANK YOU!!!By K J (3 months ago)Horrible phone system. I had a question about a new prescription for my father and tried to call pharmacy. You get stuck in a covid question loop which goes on and on. When you eventually get system to connect you to an agent you remain on hold. I never got connected and eventually drove there. They weren’t busy and staff told me its a corporate issue.By Darcy Hauschild (6 months ago)I usually order photos from Walmart for convenience and reliable quality, but tried ordering cards here because I liked the design. Huge mistake. What I received was horribly grainy and discolored, very very low quality. They were having issues with their printer and didn’t bother to ensure quality despite that. These were meant to be birth announcements but the photos of my precious newborn look AWFUL. Definitely sticking to Walmart from now on, especially if there is no remedy to this horrible lack of quality assurance.By Emily (a year ago)The people that work at this CVS are awesome. But don’t waste your time with minute clinic. I tried to call them with questions about the Covid 19 tests they provide. I was on hold for a long time and finally gave up because no one ever answered. The people at the pharmacy don’t have the details on this. They suggested I call minute clinic myself. Thanks minute clinic, my spouse is positive and I couldn’t talk to anyone for help. Missed customer service by a mile. Zero stars for minute clinic.By B C (2 years ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Fargo ND! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
I went to CVS on 9/7/2022 at 1:10 pm to refill a prescription. I was told I would have to come back after 2:15 as they were closed for lunch between 1:30 and 2:00 and it would take longer than 20 minutes for them to get the refill ready. Only 2 other people were waiting in line. I received a text message stating my prescription was ready. So…. I went back today 9/8/2022 and went through the drive through. This was at 1:20 and only one person was ahead of me and no one behind me. The person in front of me had completed their transaction by 1:25. I pulled up to the window and sat there for a couple of minutes. At 1:28 the grate was pulled down in front of the drive through window and I heard them laughing at my shocked reaction. I went home immediately and got my prescription and took it elsewhere. I will never shop at this store again. The one star review I gave was generous!
This is one of the busiest CVS’s in the Midwest, filling between 5000-6000 scripts a week. Even with 4+ pharmacists and 5+ techs and interns working at a time it is still nearly impossible to fill every prescription, answer every phone call and deal with all of the other problems. People complain about wait times as if they’re the only people getting their meds. The corporate system is completely out of the stores hands, so if a med is automatically filled or put on hold, 90% of the time the employees aren’t the ones who did it. Getting ahold of doctors, insurance or other pharmacies is much more difficult than people think, especially when you’re struggling to stay afloat as it is. If you really can’t take the wait time, just realize that by getting your script filled at the busiest pharmacy around, you’re part of the problem. On top of that, employees days are constantly ruined by rude people yelling at them with little to no knowledge of what goes on inside of a pharmacy.
Cvs pharmacy has been steadily declining in decent service, today they stated my prescription would be ready by 1pm after having the refill request since start of business that same day. Arrive at 1pm to be told that it isn’t ready and that they would try to have ready before they closed at 1:30 until 2 pm for lunch. It wasn’t ready, now I am out the gas, and time I put into this trip to the pharmacy. Show little regard for the customers time, not sure why they can’t stager lunches like other customer facing businesses do.
After some time spent with the pharmacy, trying to get prescriptions which were, according to CVS, sent to CA, I was informed that someone who was qualified to do so would contact the CA pharmacy via phone and have the prescription transferred.
Later when I called to see if my prescription was ready, I was told it couldn’t be transferred, it needed to be faxed in.
Great misinformation, now I’ve got the weekend without my medicine.
CVS has just about everything when shopping for skincare, makeup, vitamins and supplements, hair care and even gifts. They also have a photo developing center which does a great job and my photos were done before I was even done shopping. They also offer vaccines in their pharmacy department. If you plan on going here, give yourself some time because there is so much to look at. They even carry a few groceries. It’s basically an all inclusive pharmacy/store. They also have a rewards program which helps you to save money on top of their other great specials always going on!! I would definitely recommend it. They are speedy too if there is a line!
