  1. I had a prescription being filled for a 3 month supply (90 pills). The label on the bottle was correct, and showed a quantity of 90. The pharmacist only gave me 30 pills, while I paid for 90. When I brought this to their attention, not much help was offered, which surprised me because it was THEIR mistake. Not happy with this pharmacy.

  2. I have called three times now to transfer prescriptions, and I am no further along than I was when I started. One prescription needed prior auth and they never bothered to tell me, so now I’ve been off of a maintenance medication for a week so that’s cool. They also just haven’t bothered to transfer the second prescription despite me repeatedly asking them to? What is UP with pharmacies in this town? They are all trash.

  3. CVS rewards program doesn’t work here because it’s inside of a target. They’re out of my script nearly every time it gets filled there. The same-day delivery company here doesn’t take orders there so even though the app will let you pay for it and have same-day delivery you’ll get a call saying they can’t do that and you need to come in and pick it up. If there was an actual CVS pharmacy around here instead of inside a supermarket OR my moms insurance would pay for my scripts elsewhere I’d hella not come here. If you HAVE to use CVS for your meds do yourself a favor and go to the one inside the Gerbes. It’s kinda better.

  4. The employees allowed a stranger to pick up my medication and refused to take responsibility for it. It took filing a police report to get video pulled for my doctors office to get a replacement script ordered. The employees here were not helpful or apologetic and say that checking IDs to prevent this happening in the future is too much extra work.

  5. Regarding the CVS inside Target… they have an Absolutely incredible staff that treats you like family.

I’ve heard terrible things about the staff at this location for some time. I’ve also experienced this firsthand almost every time I’ve visited. Today was my final straw, though, and tomorrow I, like many folks I know have done, will be moving my pharmacy business to another location. At this point I’m almost convinced that part of staff training (regardless of position) requires lessons on how to offer absolutely terribly customer service by being rude, dismissive, and equipped with the specific talent of making your customers feel like they’re nothing more than a hindrance to your day.

I enjoy getting my one monthly prescription at CVS at this location. I got my COVID vaccines here as well and the pharmacist was lovely. I like all of the staff I’ve interacted with. They’re friendly and professional. Unfortunately this year I’ve experienced a new medical crisis that requires quite a few opioid prescriptions due to the pain I’ve been in since March 2022. Sometimes pharmacies and pharmacists can be a little judgmental when filling narcotic prescriptions, especially for younger people, but I’ve never experienced any of this at this CVS location. Each time the pharmacist and technicians are kind and helpful when I go to pick up my medicine and never make me feel bad.

The newer staff are rude and act like you’re irritating them! I always drop off my prescription days in advance. Yet, when I called they hadn’t even started it and than tried to tell me it would take 3 hrs before it’s ready.
I’ve been going to the Schnucks location for years and it only takes 25 min to fill my prescription.
I definitely wish CVS didn’t take over. Upgrade your staff to more professional polite people!

Give em a break. They don’t just pour pills into a bottle. If you gave them the wrong insurance information, you’ve changed insurance, you were out of refills and your doctor is draaggiing his feet or THEY meaning the DR. Office. May be short staffed and take 4 days after 6 faces and 3 phone calls; on your behalf mind you ; and people still complaining. They are also learning a new system since the pharmacy was just bought out by CVS. No I don’t work there. I am however a customer service person. You don’t do it for the pay. You want to help. So, be nice. Be patient. Be appreciated. Thank you.

Muhidin and Matthew are absolutely great. And that goes for the entire CVS crew there as well. I am a medical traveler and have to go from state to state, and city to city. My current insurance allows for CVS to fill 90 days at a time. Which is a real blessing. But that’s not why the crew there is so great. Everyone there has made transfer of the prescriptions, getting discounts on drugs, not covered by our insurance, and just the ease of the transitional process absolutely effortless.

You can tell that they really, really care about people and are willing to do what it takes to get my wife and mines prescriptions transferred and filled.

Keith was especially helpful during my most recent visit. The associates at the Clark Lane location always take excellent care of my family’s needs!

It’s nice to have a pharmacy that’s close to a residential area. Before this location was built you would have to drive a little ways to get medicine, now it’s just a few blocks away if you live in the area

They helped me to find a coupon for my prescription that lowed the price by half. Very friendly and helpful.

We transferred to CVS (Clark Lane) and really appreciate the early/extended hours, the location, the fact that there is a drive-thru option, how helpful and capable the pharmacy team is, and reasonably priced medications. The CVS app is incredibly helpful and easy to use as well.
