  1. Made a mistake of sending prescription here. Never again. I needed the medication, and was told it would be ready in an hour. It wasn’t ready till that evening. Then the next morning the pharmacy was not open until 9 or 10. After 3 trips to pick up my prescriptions, I still don’t have them. Couldn’t get anyone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Supposedly I get free delivery, but couldn’t set it up on the app. Couldn’t get anyone to answer.

  2. Your pharmacist needs to work on his interactions with staff and customers. He was rather unkind with me and one of the pharmacy technicians that was helping me. He thought I walked away, but I just sat down to wait for my prescription. Afterwards, I heard him loudly scolding her for expediting my prescription. Your pharmacy technician has the kind of customer service I expect, but your pharmacist definitely needs some retraining on professionalism and customer interactions.

  3. The pharmacist is awful! So rude and unhelpful. He told his staff he didn’t have the medicine to fill my prescription and then told me to go to a different pharmacy. He’s lazy and doesn’t have good people skills. He didn’t offer to see if another CVS had what I needed or to order it. I will never be back and I’m sure you’re losing customers daily because of his lack of care. You should probably find a better pharmacist.

Luckily HEB was more than helpful and took care of my needs quickly and kindly.

  4. This new manager, Robert, is the light of the store. He basically shopped for me and helped me walk. The piggyback ride was amazing.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Meds are never ready when they say they are and the staff is rude and unhelpful.

I am so upset right now. Had a prescription called in stat after lunch ch. Didn’t get to store until 745 pm. Waited in line 40 minutes. They didn’t have it filled and said they couldn’t fill it due to registers not working after 815. However, the woman in front of me got hers filled. I am going in the morning and pulling all my prescriptions. Just hope my heart is ok not taking it tonight.

I came into the CVS pharmacy to pick up my prescription for Bipolar 1. The website stated it had been filled the previous day but the lady at the counter said it had not been sent back from my doctor. I opened the CVS app and attempted to show her that it had been filled the previous day and was told, without her looking at the app., that she didn’t care what it said that it will not be ready today. I informed her that it was for my bipolar 1 and I would need it she began to raise her voice stating that I would not be receiving it today and that’s it. I by this time became rude back she then turned to the pharmacist and said ” YOU DEAL WITH THIS ONE”. The pharmacist came and looked at the app and said it was my doctor’s mistake so I couldn’t have it I became more rude and the pharmacist said she would fill it just to get me out of there! I admit freely that I was extremely rude but when I mentioned that they should use the practice of the customer is always right especially when the mistake was theirs the Pharmasist actually stated that wasn’t true and that most of the customers that come in there are never right. I called my MD and he said he was considering making a formal complaint with the Pharmacy Board of Texas for the fact they had been giving me double what my dosage was for months! He immediately transferred my records to the Walgreens across the street. At the end of the conversation with the pharmacist she had the nerve to tell me to apologize to the associate because she had been called in on her day off, I laughed. My mother told her again I was bipolar and asked her to stop talking to us the way she was because it would only accelerate my bipolar. The pharmacist laughed and walked away. They have no concept of how to deal with customer service of any kind I will be considering filing a mental discrimination case to demand education of their associates including the pharmacist who not only allows this but freely becomes a part of it! I have contacted friends in the media to follow through with it seeing as I will never step foot in this disgraceful establishment again.

Couldn’t fill a prescription in under 24 hours for a sick baby. Staff could care less when I explained our situation. MCcoys pharmacy filled it in under 30 minutes. It makes it hard to want to ever do business with CVS after this.

Don’t appreciate making appointments via the website and driving 15 minutes to find out the testing is closed, when I am receiving constant updates from the CVS website and the appointment system. We are in a 22nd year of the 21st century, there is no excuse to not have this information updated and synced. Not only make your COVID testing appointments at a different store, possibly make it with a different chain.

This visit was to the pharmacy for a prescription drop off for my daughter and the customer service there was the worst I have had. I went inside to pharmacy and was not greeted or noticed and there were 2 employees at the time. I was the second person when I walked up and even being second they took all the 4 customers who came in after me to pickup and around 4 in drive thru for pick ups first before me “Fast service if u need to pick up.” Me trying not to be rude I did not burst out and said something through this whole visit instead I was second guessing if I should go across the street to Walgreens but I stayed. So after feeling invisible and now only 1 employee there i was asked wut I needed. I showed prescription note and then after letting know it was for my child I was asked for prescription card Info. I was able to get online and pull up my prescription card on my phone and it was not what they needed but i came last month and had no issue or was asked for card. I Had to call to do my own prescription Caremark verification while other customers were being helped “I did not know they didn’t have me or family info on file since I have CVS Caremark and last month didn’t have this issue.” I Was there a lil after they opened Sunday morning 12pm, and after everybody else got serviced before me I got helped I was told to come back at 3pm to pick up but when I went back at 3pm It was not ready and was told to go back 20min later which finally 430ish I was done with all this. Long explanation of how I won’t be using the pharmacy on Willis St again and worst customer service so far for me from anywhere.

Went in tonight to grab some medicine for my daughter. The employees didn’t speak to us at all, we’re cursing and playing loudly, on the phone, and expected us to use the self check out. No big deal but unprofessional cursing Infront of my child. First and last time visiting

Absolutely the worst pharmacy! Couldn’t count for missing 30 pills, rude people. This place has got me to never use CVS AGAIN!

Here we go again with yet ANOTHER terrible review about this CVS’ pharmacy. Two days ago my girlfriend had scheduled a Covid testing at this CVS, unfortunately she did not contact me first or I would have been able to warn her ahead of time about how terrible this location is, the appointment was at 3:45pm. On our way there we encountered traffic in front of Abilene High School causing us to lose 3-5minutes on our drive over causing us to arrive at 3:46pm rather than 3:45pm, upon arrival we sat in the EMPTY drive-thru with no other cars than ours for around 1-2 minutes, it was now 3:47-3:48 when a pharmacist finally answered over the speaker and informed us that “it could take awhile” and nothing else. So we waited until about 5 minutes later we finally had a woman come to the window and ask us what we needed, with less courtesy than I had when I was 12 years old I mean I get you hate your job but come on lady do it right, so now it is about 3:52-3:55pm and we are then told that “it is past our scheduled time and so we will have to reschedule” after we were forced to wait until 10 minutes after out appointment in their drive-thru line. Avoid this place if you can, this store needs a massive overhaul of employees or just needs to be torn down. The Walgreens across the road from them does everything they do, but better.
