Don’t bother with the drive thru here and if you medication is out of stock you are going to need to hound them to refill it when they get it in. I’m not sure if they don’t have the appropriate system in place to do that automatically… But these are just my experiences.By Ian Hellems (4 months ago)Had booster scheduled. There was another script that I also needed but was not mentioned. I called at 9:30 AM and explained I would be picking up curbside groceries between noon and 1:00 PM. I arrived at 12:30 to pick up my meds. I was told they only had one ready. So in 4 hours they could not get my order ready?? I left and picked up my groceries and got gas and came back 1/2 hour later. They only filled a partial script. I have TWO scripts for the same medication but in TWO different milligrams….to be combined for the right dosage. I tried explaining this to the tech when here came the pharmacist and demanded to know where my meds should be moved because he wasn’t filling any for me!!!! Then he proceeded to keep the script he had filled and charged my insurance for it!! Needless to say my insurance company is involved and are filing a grievance against this joke of a pharmacist and his worthless helper. I will be notifying CVS Corporate of this situation. For a Pharmacist to withhold medications from their customers is criminal! My scripts have all been transferred out of that place!!!By Lisa Morone (8 months ago)If I could give zero stars I would!! DONOVAN the so called pharmacist at CVS SOUTH is the most arrogant, rude, condescending person I’ve ever witnessed in a pharmacy setting. RUDE to me, RUDE to his tech! He is definitely in the wrong profession. Customer service and relations are not his strengths. If he didn’t want to deal with the public, he should’ve accepted a position in a cubicle all by his little lonesome because social and people skills are existent for him. Terrible! I get a text that they’ll fill my script at 11:30am. I show up at 4:20pm and it’s still not filled. They say it’ll be 15 more minutes. I run to vapor Joe’s and stop and eat at Dairy queen and arrive 30 minutes later and it’s still not filled. Then the guy has the nerve to look at me and says, that was a quick trip up maple. Yeah blame the customer. I’ll be switching to the Kroger pharmacy ASAP!!
You wait forever on the phone & they finally answer rude and curt like they don’t want to answer. Wait forever in line to get medications and after almost a year of taking 2 medicines together they tagged it saying they both do the same thing which is incorrect, they do different things but wanted to not fill the medication when there was a prescription from the doctor and after a year of taking it….
The service is absolutely awful. Slow, rude, and with no trace of communication skills. I have been inside only to have my personal details yelled from the back of the pharmacy to the counter. The drive thru specializes in sending you out to wait additional time if you need to use good rx or update your insurance.
I will also be clear that anytime I enter this establishment without insurance I am given attitude and routinely disparaged from getting any kind of service. Will not return.
Called store number #4810 sit on phone for over 45 min waiting for them to answer and once they did they hung up so i decided to drive there to see what was going on they had no one at the counter so i went to car called again just to see what would happen still i was on hold 20 min before i hung up. they don’t care about the customers. Some of the cvs stores give others a bad name. Corporate won’t do anything about the issues of the bad stores so they only get worse. They are in business only for the all mighty dollar. Goes to show why the over all ratings are 1.8 for all the stores. Since corporate won’t do anything about it so it is left to the customers to do something I’m going to start by contacting bbb and look for any place else I can bring this to light so everyone know how they are
I’ve never had a good experience here I was told once when I needed emergency eye drops to help stop a bacterial eye infection. 1st they told me 1 1/2 hours when I went back to get the tiny bottle of eye drops they told me I would need to come back tomorrow. I had to go somewhere else and they treated me like I was trying to steal alllllll the eye drop prescriptions they ever had.
