My friend was denied the ability to buy alcohol (he’s 21) because one person in our group of 4 friends was 20 (he didn’t even want to drink, lol). After the old hag at the counter denied him, she came and stood behind the rest of us while we did self checkout, which was a genuine insult. We’d been model patrons up to this point. We called after and were told this is a store policy. If so, that’s stupid. When I was a kid, my parents were never denied the ability to buy alcohol because child me was there. Also, even if it has good intentions, it’s so easy to circumvent. If you want to buy alcohol for an underage person, just have ’em wait outside. Stupid policy and rude employee.By Harrison Barnett (a month ago)Seems like a good store but I don’t go there much. Idk why but I just feel out of place in there.By Betty Suz (6 months ago)Received my 1st covid vaccine here today and had a great experience. I love the store. The employees are all super nice, the store is clean and well laid out and there are lots of great things to buy.
Update: 3-27-21 received my 2nd covid shot here this morning and once again all the employees were fantastic. Great store. Way to go!By Google User (a year ago)I was on hold for 9 minutes for the pharmacy; no one picked up. Called the store, they were friendly and apologetic, but all they could do was transfer me back. This time I was on hold for 13 minutes- no one picked up. I would have rated one star if the store rep wasn’t so customer oriented.By Teddi Phillips (a year ago)Horrible experience! Not only did they put me on hold for 10min TWO TIMES. I tried the other location and that was a little quicker but when I finally spoke to someone he couldn’t understand me (I’m a fluent English speaker and made sure to enunciate properly. I was born in Texas.). He refused to hear me and kept asking me to repeat a certain number. It was very frustrating having to repeat myself numerous times. Eventually, he just hung up on me. This was the location on College Hills. Switching pharmacies right now! If I could give CVS 0 stars I would.By C. N. (4 years ago)

We did have a rocky start after I transferred our prescriptions from the store on Beauregard due to total incompetence. I explained what I had encounter at the previous location, and what I expected from my pharmacy, we have been pretty much in sync every since. I am pleased with the service and Gabriel Rocks.
I’ve used this pharmacy for a number of years and it’s always been pleasant and satisfying. It is a little smaller than some of the larger, busier pharmacies in town, but their customer service is far and above what one experiences in the larger stores. The pharmacist, Gabriel, is experienced knowledgeable and caring. You won’t see a nicer group of people anywhere
It’s good too see that CVS is practicing their social distance and wearing their mask, all except for one person behind the pharmacy counter. I went to CVS to pick up my prescription and other goodies. The cashier saved my some extra cash from my prescription receipt, that’s awesome. Thanks.
I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes when picking up my scripts, which I love. Sometimes my medications aren’t ready on time is the only complaint here. Otherwise, I love the pharmacy staff 🙂
Gabriel is a absolute treasure, he’s been our pharmacist for years and always goes above and beyond, best pharmacy staff by far
