  1. This is the worst CVS I’ve ever been too, the Staff are rude to you, never want to apply your coupons, and it’s sad because the store manager tells the associates to only cater to a particular race so she doesn’t get bad reviews. This location serves no purpose I now use Walgreens for all my needs. They really can just close for good nobody. will miss this location AT ALL. You can’t even get assistance most of the time, the workers somewhere talking on phone or to their friend’s who come by to hang around.

  2. People, just read the other reviews!!! They definitely speak for how this particular CVS is. The only way to change customer service is by going to a place that has GOOD customer service. This staff is rude, non caring and act like it’s a burden if you have to make them work! We changed insurance and are forced to use CVS (I really miss walgreens) unfortunately I live an hour away from cvs and they dont offer mail orders with several of my kids prescriptions. So to drive an hour a few times a month just to get RUDE service, is not fun!
When we transferred the prescriptions, they got “lost” now I’m sure it was cvs who lost them. We had to wait for the doctor to resend meds. Then when they were finally sent they told us an hour and they would be ready.. so we waited an hour THEN left for our hour drive… we get there and they said it’s going to be another hour and a half.. UMM yeah we couldn’t wait:( when we were able to make the next hour trip there they had an insurance issue.. they didn’t put in the secondary insurance so they were extremely put off by having to redo the prescriptions in the computer. Like it was a huge burden. Not my fault they had a brain fart and didn’t put it in the first time.
I’m definitely changing to a different cvs… and praying it’s somewhat better with their service.

  3. Horrible drive thru wait time. 30 min. I was the 3rd car in line. Got to window and was there another 5 min before being waited on. Not sure how going inside is. Wish walgreens was on my insurance plan.

  4. I have been trying to get prescriptions transferred from here to another pharmacy. They refuse to transfer them. The pharmacy techs from Kroger have requested countless times and are told “we don’t have time”. Worst service EVER and there’s no one to register a complaint with. The pharmacist there was incredibly rude to me when I went by and asked them to please transfer the prescriptions. Who oversees this place???

Andrew is an exceptional manager. When he is off-duty, which isn’t too often, the entire climate of the pharmacy feels ‘imbalanced’. He treats his customers with respect and dignity. He listens and he takes time explaining to us – whatever we need explaining! He also calls us by name; this is VERY impressive. He communicates with his team respectfully, also.

I absolutely appreciate the service that I receive at the CVS Target in Jackson, TN. I hope this team stays together. They appear to work well together! Keep up the great work!

This CVS Pharmacy is always busy and they get your medicine to you in a reasonable amount of time. After you get your medicine you can shop around Target and get whatever you may need…they have a lot to choose from.

The Pharmacist saw me and he called me by name. He helped me and even gave me the name of a doctor I could see at the clinic I go to. I had been seeing an outside provider because there were no doctors for what I needed at that time. The outside provider closed his clinic and I am thankful that the Pharmacist shared the information that there is now a provider at the clinic I go to see my doctors.

The techs are very rude and did not want to help fill prescription. I had just left hospital and needed a medication that keeps my heart beating they were rude and it ended up taking 3 trips in the same day to get 3 medications

I must add, that any other time I’ve needed to visit this pharmacy the experience has been good. I have found them helpful and friendly. this recent experience I was almost in shock of the amount of disrespectful almost dehumanizing tone of the lady at the desk. As a backdrop, I recently took on a new role and there is a lapse in my insurance coverage. As I inquired as to the cost of the prescriptions I need refilled, I was meant with this almost venomous loud blurting response from the female attendant, and I quote “You aint GOT no Insurance”. A point that I was well aware of when I stepped to the counter. Then to be followed up with “Now you see what your insurance was doing for you”. Simply unbelievable level of disrespectful banter from this individual. I almost just pulled out my wallet and paid cash for this expensive medicine out of spite just to show this lady I was not some dead beat. Just counted to 10 and purchased some of the prescriptions. The pharmacist listening to the conversation did offer a suggestion that I followed up on with my doctor to get what I needed until my new insurance took effect in a couple weeks. Just not a way to treat people and I see in the comments I am not alone in my experience here.
