Pharmacy needs more room to organize better… very short staffed… lots of pressure on the few staff they do have… They do all they can with what they have to work with and the area they work in isn’t the best…

Only for me to drive back empty handed. Horrible. DONT COME HERE. Go to the dollar tree across the street. Half the pharmacy counter workers I’ve had, will try their best to avoid addressing problems when orders are not being processed. They’ve given different answers hoping they won’t be asked to look issues up. She appeared to be struggling with the checkout while an employee was standing to the side, I assume, to offer assistance. However, the employee began arguing with the customer as to how to proceed at which time I asked the employee if she could just check us out and that would resolve the confusion, but was immediately told no. I pay , as I’m sure the young mom paid, good money for my items and for someone to refuse to check you out at a register is completely unacceptable to me. Obviously bad reviews are insignificant to this store. I was refused service because it was “20 minutes until close” as I was informed by the lady behind the counter. She then tried to direct me to another CVS that may be able to help. Walmart was happy to have my business and they’ll be getting mine and my family’s business as long as I’m alive. Doctor called in a prescription before 3 pm and at 7 pm it still was not ready. They told me they were too busy and I should try back the next day. Another local CVS closed and all that business was transferred to them and no additional staffing was added. They were currently at a two day back log on filling prescriptions. It you need medication in a hurry do not go to this store.
Don’t expect to get waited on quickly because it won’t happen. The last time here I stood in line for 20 minutes with no one taking care of the customers. There were 4 people behind the counter ignoring the customers. The line just kept getting longer and longer. This seems to be how they do business now because this has been happening for some time now. If my insurance would use Walgreens I would go back there.
Rudest pharmacy tech you’ll ever talked to. May it be over the phone ann/or in person. Such a shame because the shop associates are all nice but pharmacy techs sits on a high horse!
I’ve called to check on a prescription twice today and am in fact currently waiting for the pharmacy to answer the phone going on 35+ minutes to see if they have received my prescription. The first call I gave up at 20 minutes. The drive-thru has been closed for months. This location has always given issues with getting meds filled in a timely manner. The other location I. Gulfport isn’t much better but they do at least answer phone.
I had a prescription sent to this location. I received a text at 11:18am on 12/22 that it was received and a link to the progress tracker. Initially the website said it would be ready for 6:53. I went to the store a few minutes early because i needed other items. When I arrived, there was a sign that said the pharmacy was closes. The pharmacy had been closed all day because THEY DID NOT HAVE A PHARMACIST.
