Woman who answered the phone at the pharmacy didn’t want to do her job. But she was quick to complain repeatedly about being short staffed. Not an excuse to treat people poorly and push the blame onto customers and prescribing doctors. People are depending on you for their medications, act accordingly. I call the doctor, and they are confused as to why CVS would say that WE need to call the MD for an already approved prescription. Aka, the employee was too lazy to look into my prescription, so she said to call the physicians office. DO YOUR JOB!

The pharmacist (Sue) is incompetent. I would not trust my health to this woman, she doesn’t seem to have an understanding of basic health and medicine.
I love CVS they have always been good to me
CVS is understaffed, but even though they don’t have enough help, I want to say thank you! I know it’s hard to find people willing or able to work. So to the staff that does work, thank you for being available. Thank you for going above and beyond. Without you, I would not be able to get the medications needed to function each day. Thank you for all you do! Some may not be as appreciative of all of your hard work, but I appreciate you all.
