  1. I don’t usually leave google reviews, but this cvs is absolutely ridiculous. I get monthly prescriptions from here and every month it’s a different problem. The first time, they gave me my controlled substance in a way higher miligram than what I’m prescribed. What if they did that with someone who didn’t notice? That can kill someone! Second, they gave me that same medication but several of the pills were crushed up to where I couldn’t even take them. This month, I call them and ask them to fill 2 specific medications. 5 hours pass, and I go to pick them up. They say they don’t even have one of the medications. Okay.. you just had it a few hours ago? How’d you lose my meds? Then, shocker, they “found” it. I brushed off the first couple things knowing people have bad days. But EVERY time? What if I needed my meds fast and you all do this? There are several people who need meds fast for different reasons. I understand it takes time. But if you want meds from here you better call a few days before you actually need it because that’s how long it’s gonna take them to fill it (if there’s no “problems” with the prescription) the people working there are also very rude. That I also brushed off because like I said I know people have bad days.. but every single time? That’s just how they are. With the things that have been done to my controlled meds, several times, someone needs to lose a job.

  2. As part of my job I deal with pharmacies all over the county. This is by far the worst one.

The most recent example: I’ve made 5 trips across 8 days trying to get 1 medicine. Every time, they tell me to come back at a certain time and they will have it ready. Then they make me wait in line while they “expedite” the order, then they call me back up front and tell me that actually they don’t have it in stock, but if I come back at such and such a time they’ll have it ready. At this point, they’ve made such a clown show out of things that I’m beyond even being mad at them. It’s been a truly horrible experience.

  3. I see all these negative reviews but my experience there was completely awesome 👏 my sick son needed meds they didn’t have them, the pharmacist personally called Target for me and sent my prescription over just before closing time and did it all with a smile on his face !! Thanks 🙏 sir for doing so!

  4. I called over 12 different pharmacies looking for my 5 year old sons antifungal oral medication for his ringworm which somehow spread over his entire scalp months after we treated it with medicated ointment. Griseofulvin is hard to find nowadays i guess and is what he was prescribed by his pediatrician. All walmarts and Walgreens and cvs pharmacies within a 30 mile radius of where we live and also in Saginaw and Fort worth where I lived before moving to Howe to live with my fiance had none or wanted to charge $200. None of the other pharmacies had it and Saginaw walmart only gave us a partial with only a week’s worth. The walmarts and cvs and walgreens pharmacies i called prior to calling here all claimed they don’t have any because of a manufacturer issue. This was the only pharmacy that had the rest of it that me and my fiance could locate. My 5 year old missed just one dose by the time we could find it here after I called over 10 pharmacies between here and Tarrant County. Thankfully this cvs had the rest. A one week partial from saginaw walmart wasn’t enough when he needs it for 42 days. And the anna walmart was utterly incompetent and tried charging me for the same medicine that was $0 co pay elsewhere. So thank you cvs in sherman texas for having the rest. Now our son will get better finally.

  5. Third trip with no medication. Takes 2 days to refill BP meds that are set up on auto refill. No explanation as to why this was not auto refilled or why the medications that were to be completed yesterday are still not ready today. Staff could care less about their customers. As a nurse, this is disheartening and this why people are hospitalized due to medication non compliance. Save your time and use another pharmacy. Your pharmacy techs are rude and disrespectful.
