Horrible experience. We dropped of Workman Comp paper work after surgery so we could get the med Prescribed. 24 hours later the med was ready but they couldn’t find the paperwork given to them. I was then told they could turn it in but the pharmacist said it would take another 24 hours for approval. So I paid full price for it. Then after speaking to the Workmen’s Comp. attendant we found out if they would’ve emailed it to her she would approved it on the spot. We will never go there again. The pharmacist was hateful , they Were deceitful and not helpful at all.
Just needed some good ole amoxicillin for my daughter who has a sinus infection. After waiting 3 hours, called and they were out of stock until Saturday. Instead of calling me and telling me they could fill at Target location, I had to call and check myself and drive across town to get it. We only used this location because it’s close to home. Who runs out of the most common antibiotic and doesn’t try and correct it for their customers who need it immediately! Do better!
This CVS pharmacy has been really helpful. I moved across the country and they were able to get my prescriptions switched over immediately. They process people through the drive-thru extremely fast. The store is always clean. The staff at the pharmacy are really wonderful.
The femal pharmacist is hateful and file my daughter’s insurance twice and then still did not want to give her the children’s medication. Pharmacy error or was it insurance fraud. We shall find out because now Medicaide is investigating them/ her
The assistants were also being rude, slamming the window at the drive thru and through the medication at my daughter after they realized my daughter was filming them. Come on guys , do better!! Your making CVS look bad a long with yourselves. Shame on you and your customer service !!!
This CVS pharmacy has been the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at this establishment and how rude I was treated today. I called the pharmacy to explain that I was overcharged for my prescription that I take every day. I am supposed to have a $40 copay on each. My husband picked up my scripts and didn’t know that $70.59 for one and $137.99 for the other was too much. This happened the last time and I had to go in and the pharmacist corrected it. When I TRIED to explain my situation, I was interrupted and not allowed to complete my sentence. I finally asked if she would allow me to speak…she then told me I was charged correctly and that I needed to call the insurance company. She said they filled it just like they did last time and I said that is why it’s wrong!!! Explained again that the pharmacist had to correct it. She informed me she was the pharmacist and the pharmacy manager and that I needed to call the insurance company!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I can tell you one thing….as a registered nurse for many years….I can GUARANTEE I will never recommend this pharmacy to my patients if they ask where to get their medications filled!!!! On a separate note….went Saturday before last at 2:00 in the afternoon to pick up my husband’s medicine to find a note on the pharmacy window that they were closed due to short staffing!!!! Tried the next Tuesday and they closed at 2 that day as well!!!! At this rate….being short staffed will be the least of their worries!!! Not surprised about the staffing with the way the pharmacy manager spoke with me!!!!!!!
