Tried this place with 3 other people for a quick breakfast. I ordered the chocolate caroline, raspberry German donut, and a cinnamon roll. They were great. Visually all the bakery items looked fresh and a good selection. This store also sells delicacies from Germany. The service was friendly and since we were buying for multiple people they gave us a couple free bakery items. I’ll definitely be back for my next visit.By Danielle Lesch (a year ago)Until I saw a few posts on social media, I thought this was a place that only sold fresh bread. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was like a mini cafe/bakery/convenience store. The ladies were super nice and gave us a free dessert for the amount of bagels we purchased. Will definitely be back to try the maple donut!By Johnny Seng (a year ago)Came in out of curiosity. Best pesto chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Tried a few of the pastries and they are absolutely delicious and just enough sweetness that it’s enjoyable. I will be a forever customer and In time I will try everything on the menu.By Jennifer Toledo (8 months ago)This is such a great place! It’s very close to the true German experience. it’s fairly accessible, with a ramp outside. I did not use the bathroom so I can’t speak to that accessibility. The people who work there are helpful, friendly, attentive and kind. I enjoyed the whole experience even though I can’t eat any of it. I bought treats for my partner who’s German and missing home. They make her so happy. She lights up and I can watch the food melt into her mouth. It looks incredible. I’ll include pictures. I can’t personally attest to the taste or quality of the food but the place is fantastic and has brought some joy to a very sad and lonely soul so I’m very happy Vosen’s exists.
They also have an area full of prepackaged German treats and a place you can eat a nice sandwich and a pastry. I’ll add more details next time.

Fields (a year ago)Delicious German bakery with a huge assortment of baked goods, sandwiches, breakfast, coffee/coffee drinks, and market goods. We stopped in in the morning to pick up some pastries and coffee. They have a full selection of baked goods, including German-style donuts, crostini’s, croissants, and bagels. They also have a full selection of fresh baked breads.
We got a maple donut, raspberry donut, coffees, and a cherry strusel. The donuts were flakey and chewy and fluffy and so good. They have a classic custard filling with various flavors on top (like the maple) or top and inside (raspberry/other fruits). The maple wasn’t artificial tasting and had a light cinnamon sugar topping on it as well. It was one of the best donuts I’ve ever had. The custard filling is tasty and a perfect ratio to the donut dough. My partner’s raspberry one was also custard filled, with additional raspberry filling.
The coffees were a nice break from the hotel coffee, delicious, fresh, and great tasting.
The cherry strusel was also delicious, especially warmed up. The cherry filling had whole sour cherries and didn’t taste like it was simply out of a can. The topping was crumbly, buttery, and delicious.
Highly recommend stopping in. Theres also a full market with German/Swiss/European goods along with “day-old breads” that came at a steep discount. The shop was busy with locals, always a good sign in the morning during the work week. The woman working the counter was polite, efficient, and helpful.

I love this place. Yes the breads are great but so are their sandwiches and lattes. I come here with friends often. We get vanilla lattes and a free warm sample of fresh buttered bread. Today I also bought a trek bar: delicious for $1.95. And lattes a whole lot cheaper and even better than Starbucks.By Lisa Coburn (2 months ago)My boss wanted a cinnamon roll, and I was not prepared for the level of quality breakfast! The raspberry scone was scrumptious and had a lovely ratio of fruit pieces to scone. A fresh loaf of bread came right from the oven, and I got a slice with butter that melted immediately and it was divine. The crust was the perfect thickness and crispness and the inside was baked to perfection. Can’t wait to stop in here the next time I’m in the area!!
The shop was also immaculately clean and the Halloween decorations are so charming. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was really such a great start to my morning!
By Aria Elizabeth (6 months ago)This bakery is extremely popular. When you buy something they’ll give you, for free, a generous slice of fresh buttered bread, that tastes really good.
I personally prefer some different bakeries nearby that have bread like cheddar jalapeno. I would give five stars if they had a bigger variety of breads.By Jay Griffin (3 months ago)If you’re going to charge $6-7 for a grilled cheese sandwich (which deserves just 1 star) make it worth the amount paid. I couldn’t believe how utterly dry and flavorless it was. The amount of cheese between the slices was paltry, it was like eating dense, toasted white bread with some hints of cheddar cheese. For their price, it should contain *much* more cheese – and add some butter while you’re at it. The store gets a couple of stars added for their otherwise good breads and sweet items. Getting a complimentary thick slice off the bread board is also a plus. But unless preparation gets changed, I’ll never order their grilled cheese again.By Steve M (4 months ago)Our go to place for sandwiches. But everything here is superb! Croissants are THE BEST, mini cinnis are delicious, raspberry scones are deluxe, fabulous salads, EVERY loaf of bread is scrumptious.By Holli Hart (3 months ago)

I just love the staff here! They are so friendly every time I come in. I ordered our go to which is a turkey sandwich with bacon, sprouts, cucumber, and cranberry sauce. Try it! You’ll love it!
I love their pumpkin chocolate chip bread it’s always so fresh and delicous. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
We tried the snickerdoodle cookie and it is big and delicious!
Overall 10/10 experience every single time!
Excellent breads and desserts! Cinnamon rolls have a cream cheese frosting instead of overly sweet Royal icing.
I absolutely love their breads. This location is just off the freeway making it convenient. It is so delightful to go in and it is a cute store. It is my second favorite store.
Their bread is always delicious and fresh. I love that my daughter can eat it without a problem due to her food allergies.
First off Lydia was amazing. Her customer service skills are impressive She made sure we were comfortable while placing our order.
Due to Covid we have not been to Great Harvest for some time. How nice it is to come back. Our sandwiches were delicious just as we remember. Pastries are delightful. The place is so clean. It is employees like Lydia that give this location the fine reputation it deserves. Thank you! 👍
We dropped by without warning with a preschool group of eight children and three adults. We were not aware the bakery will actually schedule tours for small groups of children, so we had just planned to buy some bread rolls to let the kids have a snack and experience being in a bakery. However, the owner popped out when she realized we were there. She was in the middle of doing payroll and didn’t have time to do a full tour, but she graciously gifted us each a generous slice of pumpkin bread and a cup of water. She also let us borrow two bakery-topic children’s books to read to the children. The employees were friendly and helpful with everyone that came in. No one acted like we were a bother, including the customers. The children had a wonderful time looking at all the bakery products on display, listening to the stories and loved the delicious bread. (I purchased a couple of dessert loaves to take home, different flavors but equally delicious.)
Many thanks to the owner, employees and bakery patrons for making it a great day!
