I told the front office I was tested at CVS clinic care and had a positive test as well as five times home tested with OTC then became positive. I wore triple mask and asked if I could wait in my car which they were agreeable. Very pleased with service and examination. I had to wait a couple hours to be seen as a walk-in but its the visitor season and more people are in the foothills. The X-Ray tech was equally as rude and showed no patience or empathy because my wife couldn’t move her arm as it was severely broken.We were directed to the ER in Yuma because her arm needed further treatment. When I was out in the nurses station asking for directions the staff were equally rude and seemed as though I was bothering them.
I would drive to San Diego before I would ever do business with this clinic.

Worst experience. Did the online check in. Front desk did not call I was waiting in my vehicle for over an hr n half. Contacted the front desk kept telling me I was next after they kept letting other people go ahead of me even after I had already been waiting for going on 2 hrs. Finally got a room 2 hrs 45 mins later. Front desk people are inconsiderate about peoples time. Restrooms are not maintained. And lobby doesn’t have enough chairs. Won’t be returning.
Best experience EVER! The staff is so kind and welcoming! The doctor was great and SO SWEET to my 4 year old that needed stitches!! I felt at peace knowing my daughter was well taken care of.
I Came to the urgent care with extreme Vertigo. (Think Capt Jack Sparrow with vomiting and without cocktails) I prefer this particular Urgent Care even if it is 15 min away because they allow you to check in and wait in the comfort of your Vehicle.. You do not have to sit in a waiting room full of sick patients. They are always busy, and I feel, worth the wait!!!
They listen to you. I asked for IV fluids because even though I didnt look dehydrated yet I knew how much I had thrown up all day. I wasn’t able to keep even a 1/2 cup of water down. I felt dehydrated. The IV helped me tremendously. I was able to keep crackers down last night after and moved to eggs this morning. I really appreciated PA Atondo for helping me so much. I will be walking straight in no time. Thank you!!
I know people would be nervous to ask about their STD testing, So let me give an answer in case anybody was looking for it, They’re very fast they don’t ask, Invasive questions unless they need to. Now when I left there was an oversight on an injection I needed and immediately after I was called I wasn’t even a mile and a 1/2 from the place where they called, Very fast and Very thorough service.
I was in today and made an appointment, was called back within 30 minutes, and was treated respectfully and promptly. I will say the person that treated me did not introduce himself, so I have no idea who he was or what his title was. I was not given any discharge paperwork, nor was I given the names of the medications that were called in for me. He seemed very hurried (that I do understand), but doing the bare minimum is not asking too much!
