The BEST place to go. Lena and her staff are awesome!! I was very well taken care of. They got me in quick. Caring, smiling and just all around a great atmosphere. I’m glad I wasn’t seriously injured for the amount of time it took for them to get to me. She was so knowledgeable and diagnosed exactly what was wrong before any damage was done to my kidneys. I was in and out in under an hour and I was able to start my medication that afternoon. I had the best experience at this urgent care! Taylor got me checked in and was fantastic and had a great bedside manner. Then Katie came in and took a look at my swollen eye and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all the questions I had about the diagnosis and what to do with the prescription to rectify my eye! I was in, tested for both flu variants, and out with a cough suppressant prescription all in under an hour.
I’ll be honest, I’m used to being disrespected by doctors and other care practitioners. But my experience here was the pure opposite; QUICKMed offered me EXACTLY the kind of care I’ve always been searching for. I regret that I don’t remember the names of the two people who saw me, but they were both delightful and kind, and that one positive experience might just make a regular out of me! Thank you so much for the much-needed compassion (the cough suppressant was also a huge help)!

I felt like everyone there really cares about getting you betterBy amanda Smith (4 months ago)If you’re sick and have nothing better to do with your time and don’t need to sleep…. would enjoy sitting in a dirty office…. and don’t actually want to see a physician….. Then this is the place for you. Waited in a room for well over an hour for a doctor. An hour and 40 minutes total from check in. Never mind there was only one patient called back before me when I was there. Left just as sick as when I arrived with no medical care or treatment.My actual review is ZERO stars but I was forced to give one. I NEVER leave reviews, and certainly not bad ones, but this place deserves none of the stars.

Professional, friendly and efficient from the moment I walked in. Linda, at the intake desk was very helpful and kind. This day wasn’t an extremely busy time when I was there, but you could see the organization and how they kept things moving. It was nice to see their team work together and you feel they care.
I had to have a physical for work done and it was setup for here. The facility is very new and very clean. The staff were very nice and personable. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 mins. The waiting room was spacious and they had complimentary snacks, bottled water, coffee and a SLUSHIE MACHINE!! I was totally surprised when I saw it. It’s the nicest Urgent Care facility I’ve ever been to.
I definitely give the nurses and doctor Hudson five stars! They were so kind, helpful, patient, and experienced.
The hotline that we called was a little annoying as they said we could go straight there but then when we got there we had to make an appointment. The front desk attendant on that day was not friendly or helpful at all and when you’re sick and worried that you just brought covid to your entire family it would be nice to receive better assistance.
Overall though I would definitely recommend going there if you need quick, easy, and helpful medical care.
The staff last night 2/11/23 were the warmest, nicest, caring and professional people. Judging from all the good reviews this is not a fluke – they were amazing. And they ran two tests that would take a normal ER many hours, in just a few minutes. They clearly listened to my alimenents and proceeded based on that and experience and the tests backed it up and most definitely didn’t try to push an B’s others would love you to believe.

The staff was amazing. My daughter and I were sick and when we got there they only had one opening left they took my daughter. While in the room they found out that I did not feel good as well so they put me on the schedule took care of both of us. They were very informative very nice to fit us in and I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
