I’m not sure if we lucked out but we scheduled online, appointments were readily available. We went earlier than scheduled, being optimistic, check in was friendly, easy, and quick. We were brought right back. Quick triage. Professional and nice staff. Quick and efficient assessment by the PA. Rapid testing done on-site. Our total time was maybe 30-40 minutes. The doctor was extremely nice and very informative. He provided me with helpful information and was also professional. He dedicated his time and didn’t rush his way through with the visit which is something that you don’t see when you go to an urgent care. I’ve had my fair share of not so great experiences but this one was positive. Easy to get to and since I was there to renew my medical card there’s truck parking in the back. Very convenient. Nice place and friendly staff. I was there for about three hours total even thou they were busy. Just bring all ur paperwork and documentation or you will have Togo get it and come back. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good job ladies!
The wait times at the specific Concentra are ridiculous. It took me 4.5 hours to have maybe a 15 min DOT Physical. The only positive side to it was the Doctor giving the physical apologized for the wait times. There was people who checked in after me that got called back before me. I can see n hour maybe an hour and a half but 4 hours is Absolutely unacceptable. You might at well go back to Paper forms too if your system can transfer simple information like a name and address over to the next form.
Horrible wait time. 3 hours for a DOT physical. Registration Staff lost my paperwork they gave me to fill out in the waiting room. Forms they had me complete on line twice never received. They seemed annoyed with me their system didn’t work. I will NEVER go back there. On the plus side, the Nurse Practitioner that performed the physical was very nice.
The staff are amazing and Ken is always on point getting you scheduled or what ever he has to do. Chris is The Man🙌🏿 I get physical therapy done and his routines are amazing and I be able to notice the results as my arm is healing. It wouldn’t let me leave another review but thank you also to Courtney for being so supportive and wonderful I tip my hat off to you woman keep doing an amazing job. The Dr. Ms. Carey is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She’s full of humor and did a perfect amazing job throughout my two different times I had to be there. God bless you all and thank from Shamar.
Went to get a vaccine.omg it’s a as great. They took me right away the front desk girl was efficient, courteous,and made me feel so comfortable before I went inside . The young lady that administered the shot was great. I will be going back for the rest there .They are. Great
