  1. Wonderful friendly Staff. Clean facility. Love the process not waiting in the lobby with other people. Sat in my Truck until it was my turn. Love it love it love it. The Staff and Doctor care about there patience. This will be my go to if no appointment is available with my Primary Doctor. Keep up the excellent work you do

  2. This urgent care truly had the kindness staff and doctor. The doctor actually takes the time to listen. Which is really nice. And When you go through there you just know you’re in good hands.

  3. I made an online appointment for my daughter for 1-1:30pm. It’s now 3:25pm and she still hasn’t been seen. I called into the receptionist who told me that the provider overslept and was 2 hours late and they are behind. I will never come here again. Unprofessional staff and apparently the provider is just as bad. 3 hour+ waiting time is ridiculous. Update: At 4:30 we we’re finally called back. At 5:30 we were finally through. 5 hours later…… I have rarely had to use an urgent care facility but my own doctors office was not open. Next time, if there is one, I’ll go to any of the others around town.

  4. I set up an appointment to have a COVID test November 26th between 2:00-2:30 pm. I was there and promptly checked in just before 2:00 pm. I then received a text notifying me that I was being checked in and that I could wait in my car. 2:46 pm rolled around and nobody came out to test me. I called and they said they were busy and that I was rescheduled for 3:18 pm. 3:32 pm rolled around (1.5 hours after my initial appointment) and still nobody came out to the parking lot to take my test. I called again from my vehicle out in the parking lot about a time frame. The lady on the phone was still unable to specify when someone would come out and collect my test. At that point I left.

  5. Impossible to get in. They make you pick a “slot time” of 30 minutes. You check in and wait in your car for them to call. My 30 minute slot time had passed so I called to make sure I was still on the list. The customer service was rude and unempathetic. I was told that the slot time was only a suggestion and had nothing to do with when I would be seen, and that there was still a 45 minute wait. I told them that I had a baby to nurse and I couldn’t wait in my car all day so I needed to cancel. The worker on the phone said “okay” and hung up. This is the second time I sat in my car waiting past my slot time but the first time the customer service was bad. I won’t be giving them another chance.

This is the best urgent care in Wichita Falls. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I’m always seen on time or early. The nurses and doctors are very attentive, and I really feel heard. Each time I have gone, they’ve helped immensely and I’ve felt better quickly. This is my go to urgent care! Plus they have online check-in!

Super friendly, professional staff. Janet King is aces and took the best possible care of my son and I. The NP, Ashley answered all of our questions and treated us with calm and compassion. Amazing experience for being as sick as we feel. Thank You so much to the entire team.

The team was very thorough and kind. I asked for flu and covid tests and Janet suggested strep after both came back negative. She was very professional and informative. Mika was also very kind and because of these 2 ladies, I will continue to use and recommend affordacare

very very long wait for treatment. They were not respectful to my family who came to check on me, l was not made aware of family there to visit, nor that they things were left for me. Nothing. So emergency protocol needs to be addressed. My Triage nurse was wonderful, but nurse who came to escort me to the actual emergency room never spoke a word to me,and walked ahead of me. l thought was she was unprofessional . However the nurses and Dr in emergency treatment room were wonderful to me. The information was not shared to me by the nighttime staff that l would be transferred over to observation at 5am, until it was time to move me. So there needs to be better communication for patient understanding.

My hospital experience was good. I needed an emergency therocotomy. The PA attending me was very professional. They did put in 4 chest tubes without any pain meds at all. During the procedure he explained that pain meds were on the way. He also explained to me that this procedure was going to hurt really bad. If they knew that then why were not available immediately? Had surgery and recovery in the hospital. 3 things….Dr Moreno as doctor should be fired relocated to a lesser position that involves no contact with people. The night nurse on the 9th floor, I believe her name was Ashley. She put in a different I’ve every night, when the other nurses had used it from 5/6am to 7pm. I left hospital with at least a dozen large bruises because of her poor skills. I don’t have insurance so I wasn’t expecting 5 star service, but that’s another story. The surgeon Patrick roughneen was great. Surgery healed fast. However I’m receiving bills from a doctor Tania khon who never came to my room. I gonna need to get on a payment plan… but why do I need to pay doctor whom I never saw. Her card was in my discharge paperwork or I wouldn’t have known her at all. Her card says that she’s part of the LA Magna health group. Who are they? Basically surgeon, PA, and room nurses were the only good part of my stay. One last thing I forgot to mention. I was in severe pain due to my condition. They sent me in for a cat scan…..the girl who administered this was extremely unprofessional and should be terminated immediately. She FORCED my arms over my head even though I had explained I couldn’t do it. That might have further injured me. So 3 stars for some of my treatment.

Both times I’ve been to the emergency room, we have been skipped over repeatedly for new arrivals after being told we were about to be seen. Came in at a very slow time both times. They don’t care about helping you here, just do what they have to to not get in trouble.

I was very, very disgusted with with way I was treated, they lied to me and told me I couldn’t set an appointment for an MRI then I waited for over 4 hours only to be told I wouldn’t be able to get one at all today and it is an actual emergency, I am losing my eyesight and had detailed orders from my retinal surgeon that they refused to even look at and I was told directly by my surgeon to do it this way because it is very serious and they couldn’t get me to a neurologist for 9 months and my eyesight is deminishing rapidly. I also told them how I had fallen this morning and it made my eyesight worse and I am in a lot of pain and yet nothing was done at all. I am also deaf and was treated very rudely by the majority of the staff I came in contact with. Another patient heard me get sick in the bathroom and proceeded to bang on the bathroom door and then go get a nurse because I wasn’t answering her questions…because I’m DEAF…the nurse came in with a mask on I told her I was deaf and she proceeded to yell at me and never actually communicate with me and then proceeded to lock herself in bathroom stall until I left the bathroom. The nurse taking patients in the ER was told by myself and my husband that I am deaf and still proceeded to try and talk directly to me and get upset because I wasn’t answering her and looking at my husband for help. I am very disgusted and hurt at the way I was treated.
