Waited 2 hours to not even get treated. This place is a joke. Went for lower back pain and they did nothing. Treated me like a junkie and told me to go see another Dr. Will never go back after this. I am disgusted at how I was just treated.
Edit to add: Over a month later, and I am contacted by the owner of this practice telling me that if I don’t remove my review, the board of medicine will “come after me”. I’m leaving my review up.

I had Harmon testing done over 2 months ago and can’t get any information on it. Did flu test, negative. Did white blood cell count normal. *allergies as I expected) Dr comes in ask “do you want an antibiotic?” I ask do I need an antibotic, thought it was allergy. Well I can call on z pack and get you steroid shot. Good that’s what I thought I needed. Well, got the shot, not sure what it was but, no sting what so ever. I left. After being back at work a couple of hours checked with Kroger, no scripts sent over. Called back and ask about it provider was gone and no one else could send. Called again Sunday a gain provider ws not in and no one could look at chart and send script over. Good thing it was nothing serious. Lady came to the door from the back and looked out to the waiting area and made a disgusted noise for everybody to hear and closed the door! That was extremely rude! The NP Brandy I saw wasn’t friendly! Wanted to know why I didn’t take my covid and flu shot! I was clearly coughing and sick but didn’t give me antibiotics and I had to ask for cough meds! I been to other urgent cares for abcess tooth and have NEVER been turned away. I’m not there for dental work. I’m there for a INFECTION that needs antibiotics. I should have known this place was going to an issue with all the horrible reviews. The URGENT CARE by barnescrossing will treat tooth infections so I urge people to go that one. Way better service.

Talked to them ugly and even had the nerve to say lets hurry up and get this over with before she even weighed them or spoke to me or them not knowing that i heard her when she said it. My daughter touched her hand while she was trying to swab her brother bc she was scared for her and her brother because the last time they were tested for covid they made them bleed and she snatched her arm back and almost hit my child and told her to keep her hands off of her. SHE IS 7. I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone especially not if you have sick children. If you cant deal with sick crying scared kids you should not be working in the nursing field. Then the male np had the audacity to tell me i should make my kids mind because they were scared and crying after they were absolutely rude to us. They need to close this place down. It is my go-to place if I cannot get in with my own doctor. The staff has always been friendly and they get you in and out quick which is what I like most about them. What a great experience. I was not expecting such personalized care on a one time experience. I was expecting basic care since this is not my PCP office. I could not have been more wrong. Went in for a quick urine test. Made an appointment and got me in within 15 minutes of the appointment time. Front staff were very helpful. And the doctor spent half an hour with me to fully vet issues. Excellent urgent care, would highly recommend them.
Today was my 1st visit.
I had an emergency illness to pop up. I had such a warm and caring welcome from the front desk to the back Mrs. Jill and her staff were professional, awesome, kind and caring. Thank you for making me feel better.
The staff was very friendly! They got me in pretty quickly and made sure to give me treatment options and let me choose which I was most comfortable with!
