The staff was amazing, I was there for a my plugged ears a few weeks ago. Today I had went back because I have an uncontrollable cough. They did a PCR (covid) test as a precautionary. Just my luck, it came back positive 😔. So now I am on Quarantine along with my cough medication.

Reception was very fast and thorough, they have up to date real-time text to follow where you are in line. One doctor available this day but he was efficient and fast. Explained why he recommended me to the hospital right away. Where to go and paperwork complete. They saved me time at the hospital which quickly knew how to treat my condition. Great providers at this location as well as clean facility. Note-close parking is minimal but there is parking nearby but you’ll walk.By Peyton Alexander (4 months ago)We did not have a long wait at all, and we were treated in a courteous and welcoming manner by all staff.I brought my teenage daughter in and they listened to her, verbally told her of each step being taken, they were compassionate when doing so, and made extra sure she would have what she needed to heal up from her injury.
Should we need urgent care again, we will definitely come to this location!

First time patient. Staff very friendly, efficient, professional, clinic clean. With no appointment the staff squeezed me in a timely manner. My prescriptions were called in to the pharmacy before I even left the clinic!!! Dr.David Cobb listened to my symptoms, good bedside manner, articulate, treatment plan again efficient and overall I was very impressed. All the staff displayed empathy and genuine concern. I have been an LPN since 1990 and worked in almost every area of nursing…. Thank you to all of you!!!
Great service! From the front desk manager to the doctor that saw me; everyone was super friendly and professional. Quick service once I was put on the urgent care wait list. I was able to leave until they text to advise my to come back to my appointment. This great if you are a walk-in, which I was. I had to wait 2 hours to get in to see a doctor/nurse practitioner, I didn’t have to wait I the office. I live close enough to leave and return when they were ready for me. Great people and great service!
I was surprised at how caring and helpful they were here. I got better care and more attention to my overall health at this one urgent care clinic than I have in the last 4 years of begging doctors to give me appropriate referrals. It took the doctor here all of 2 minutes to ask me a few questions and put in two referrals I had been asking for 4 years of past providers. I would highly recommend this place.
I made an appointment the day before but it sounded like walk-ins were not quick and convenient so you might have to plan slightly to get in or wait up to 5-6 hours. For me it was well worth it because wait time for my primary doctor is 4-6 months out.
Front desk was kind and helpful. Wait was a little long to get into the appointment. Lobby was obviously newly remodeled within the last few years but the wear and tear of how busy they are was evident. A lot of visibly dirty cloth surfaces as well as wear on reception desk but all other surfaces seemed very clean and well maintained. Again the slightly dirty uphostery would not deter me from returning as their service and care was better than any I have experienced in the last 5 years in this are.
Went twice for my sons sport physical (15 years old) and it went great the first time took forever but I understand it being a walk in. I set an appointment for today and it was great. The staff was very friendly and asked if we wanted water or juice for my 2 year old and they had kids masks. And that was the first time ever she has worn one. Thank you guys!
They front desk ladies were exceptional and kind. They were able to get me in relatively quickly. (I recommend staying in the lobby instead of being notified by text/phone for an appointment.)
The nurse was great as well, took the time to understand and document my issues.
I appreciate that Urgent care is a busy place, especially this time of year. That being said the Dr who saw me was vey rushed. She did write a prescription to alleviate my issue but her bedside manner could be improved upon. I left feeling dismissed and not fully heard. Thankfully I have a PCP who I was able to follow up with.
