The health care professionals at MC Rockwood were truly outstanding. They were caring, efficient, and they communicated clearly. In about two hours, I was assessed, had blood taken and analyzed, and received a CT scan with results. I was sent on my way with a new prescription and some dietary advice. Very grateful for their expert care.
I went to this urgent care facility rather than the ER, and I’m so glad I did. Unless you need an ICU, I highly recommend using MC Rockwood. There’s a reason they have a 4.7 rating with over 1,000 reviews.

They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. So which is it? Either take the sign down or let staff know to stop asking for reservations. I don’t like urgent care places , especially ones where I don’t live nearby. This place though is clean, not crowded , has personal care from the staff , they provide water bottles as needed for patients , I even got a blanket since it was cold in the exam room. I would definitely go here again when I am visiting in the Spokane area. The doctor was also attentive and listened well to my concerns. Great place to get some urgent care concerns addressed.
The best place to get your urgent care needs! The MA Martina is amazing and efficient! The rad tech Michelle was so helpful and quick! And the provider Adam was so informative! Definitely recommend coming in if you need to be seen
I absolutely would recommend Indigo on E Holland in North Spokane!! Such a positive experience from being greeted at the door to checking in. The MA’s were very caring, empathetic and helpful listening to your symptoms. They saw myself and husband at the same time. Clean, organized and we were in and out before the hour was up!
The doctor/PA was very positive and compassionate. I’m really glad we went in and did not put off the visit I love the fact I could make a reservation. But don’t wait, for reservations dissappear fast in winter months. Their 5✨️ plus!

No one likes to go to an urgent care center. But sometimes you need to. I have been to this clinic once and my wife has been here twice. We have been well treated by professional, caring people. They listen to your issues and respond appropriately. They follow up with you. If you need urgent care, go to Indigo. Avoid Providence urgent care.
When I checked in I was told there would be a long wait, so they let me go back home to wait and sent me a text when they were ready to see me. I appreciated that so much. Doctor Collins listened to me and helped me with the medicine I needed and advice to help with healing. Front office staff and medical assistant were polite and considerate. I was very satisfied with my care.
