Had a wonderful experience with our first trip to physicians immediate care for urgent care. We were able to upload all our documents and complete the online registration, we sat in the car awaiting our call as instructed. The website gave us a number of how many patients were before us which was nice to have. They called us before we entered the building to verify our information, we then went in and were met by pleasant front staff, a radiology tech took our vitals and was very nice…she gathered the initial visit complaints and then our provider was in a few minutes later. From the point we made it into the exam room to discharge was maybe 20 minutes. Our appointment was completed way before our appointment time, since we were there and registered early- (we didn’t know the process). Our provider was through with her exam and we had a diagnosis and medication at our pharmacy to pick up on our way home. No hiccups- just streamlined care. We did not even get inside the clinic until after 4:00 and then waited another 45 minutes before we even saw the NP. I just don’t understand what the purpose of making an appointment is? I don’t think they stick to them. I picked the first available appointment, but I should have just went in whenever I was able too. They seem to prioritize walk-ins. The front desk ladies were a little rude and it just seemed to be mismanaged. The nurses and NPs were great and the care was excellent. Insurance was accepted and cost us nothing. They also got the antibiotic prescription quickly sent over to our local pharmacy. They have always been very professional, thorough, and friendly. I would recommend Physician’s Urgent care to any friend or family member. I walked in and she mentioned it was a 2/3 hour wait. If I desperately didn’t need my sons physical form I would probably have left but I stayed. I was in and out in 1 hour. I asked to fill out the registration form outside in my car and she said I couldn’t do that. I would have to fill out the form first then I could wait outside. 5 mins after I turned in my sheet more people walked in and another receptionist was super nice. Mentioned there might be a 2 hour wait and if they wanted to fill out the forms in there car they could, I would have rated higher if it wasn’t for the receptionist. We easy scheduled a time online for my daughter to be tested for strep, covid, and flu like symptoms. Once we arrived we were informed to wait in our vehicle until called. They called at the specified time and quickly brought us into an exam room. An initial tech asked questions, checked vitals, and took samples to test with. The following physician came in and covered some of what had been discussed earlier. He checked my daughters ear upon request. Overall they were quick and efficient.
I really appreciate how wonderful the care was. The doctor and nurses were so quick and efficient. They made me feel safe and explained everything and were so patient with me. I would recommend this location highly to anyone needing urgent care. They are really good at what they do!
Everyone was kind and professional. The receptionist was caring and showed concerned for each patience. The MA was great taking all information and really kind. Dr. Haung was professional and thorough. Explained problem and prescribed medication. Asked if I had questions and showed compassion. Thank you to the great staff.
I saw Carissa and her staff at the clinic for a new hire drug screening and physical recently. While the clinic was short staffed, all the staff were kind and friendly, and the environment remained calm and welcoming. They were all extremely apologetic for my wait, which honestly wasn’t that horrible…I’ve waited longer in fully staffed clinics for routine appointments. Sarah was genuine and made me feel comfortable immediately. Carissa took time to ask me questions about my health history that made me feel valued as a patient, as if she were my very own provider. I got the sense that she genuinely cares for folks, even if she only sees them once. That meant a lot to me. I wish all the staff there nothing but the best…10 out of 10 experience.
Went to urgent care with my daughter. The staff was professional and ensured we had answers to our questions. Most urgent care facilities you have to wait for over an hour, here they got us in and out in no time at all. From check in to walking out was under 45 minutes which is awesome and refreshing.
