Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with an urgent care. The girl behind the desk was so nice and pleasant. She told me there would be probably a two hour wait, and I was in the room in just over an hour. The PA David was very pleasant and helpful. Got straight to the point, and I was done in less than forty five minutes. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need an urgent care again, but if I do, I’ll definitely be back here. Thank you team members!

And I LOVED that I was asked my expectations from my visit. I feel this is a great way to start the patient/caregiver communication so there is no frustration on either side. Over all, everything from check-in to discharge was clearly communicated, efficient and far more pleasant than I expected. There was a monitor where we could see our place in the lineup and it updated our wait time regularly. There were also refreshments to have while waiting.
Once we were in the exam room the tech and the NP were prompt to arrive. Again they were friendly and caring about our presenting problem. They gave us a referral to go to the ER as they could not do the tests needed. The staff was very professional. This last time they were short staffed, and made sure we were all prepared for that. The only “long” wait I had was in the patient room I was in, and in there I had a bed to lay on so at least I was comfortable. All the staff was as attentive as possible, and apologetic for wait times and for not having the staff they needed. They always err on the side of caution, listen to us (parents and kids) and are sympathetic. My only suggestion is when they have long wait times give people the ability to change the channel on the TV in the rooms, it will make waiting easier if we aren’t hearing the same information clips on repeat.By Jamie Rugg (a month ago)

When I went in I was told I would have a 2 hour wait, but that I can leave & they would call me when it was time to come back. I was called & when I went back I was checked in immediately & shortly after was seen by a medical assistant. She was very nice & professional however the PA, Dave who came in refused to examine me because he did not like the way I spoke to him so he basically threw me our of the office, he “said there is the exit” and pointed to it.
I was so impressed with the male receptionist. He was pleasant, organized, he greeted all the patients, he made sure he took care of one patient at a time ; even though I was looking for my script, he told the next patient to wait (in a nice way of course) that he was helping me. He was very patient and kind. He clearly knew what he was doing. I watched him as I sat in the waiting room and I thought I’ve not seen anyone of recent, that had such good customer service skills as this man. I wanted to say something to him about it, but I just thought I would keep it to myself and treasure the good feeling. He was just excellent. Whoever hired him made a very good decision. Thank you!
I arrived 40 minutes prior to closing and was politely told by the woman at the desk they weren’t taking any more walk-ins that evening. I had been bitten by a dog.
She stepped away and returned to say she was cleaning a room for me. I was very impressed that 4 members of the staff stayed 20 minutes past closing time to assist me and stitch me up.
The world doesn’t have as many nice people as it should, and I was pleased this team went above and beyond.
Brought in my mother who was very dizzy and vomiting on New Years Eve. The front desk staff was very polite and apologized for the long wait. I asked for a couple vomit bags to sit with which were put to immediate use. After a few minutes one staff member came to dispose of one of the bags for us and was warm and sympathetic. The nurses Morgan and Katie were also warm, sympathetic and thorough with their examinations. They ended up getting an ambulance for my mom to be transferred to an ER for additional care. Definitely felt cared for despite wait times which are out of their control.
Everyone was so helpful. From the receptionist to the MA to the PA who all saw me. One of the best things at Well Care is that they give you a time to come back when they can see you. No waiting in a room with other sick people. They texted me and I was able to drive right back. I got compassionate care. And the treatment worked! I felt better within hours.
