Where to begin? First the front desk receptionist was very unfriendly acted like I was a inconvenience to her day. Second I went in with a ankle injury the provider didn’t even examine my ankle, just took an x-ray determined it wasn’t broken. Then proceeded to ask what I wanted to do!!! Aren’t you the doctor tell me what is wrong give me the advice!! If I didn’t have to go there I wouldn’t have. It seems to me that they were more concerned with getting me out. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but the lady at the counter was super hostile/unhelpful and they didn’t have paper towels to wash my hands when I did my ua. I have never encountered more rude and mean people at an urgent care. He finally got called to the back and it was a girl, I don’t know if it was personal or what but my dad said he didn’t want a girl to watch him take his pee test let alone watch him pee fully exposed and thats what she asked him to do. She told him if he didn’t want to he can leave if he didn’t want to do the test that way and he left. He went back and she was acting shady afterwards towards him acting and even rolled her eyes at him. I personally would want to talk to this lady because that’s not cool. He even told the doctor what happened and he was upset and the doctor told my dad he can leave. By far the worst Urgent Care facility in SF. Nothing done here was Urgent or Care. I had to call multiple times to try and get results back from a test that their Urgent Care doctor scheduled me to take. Two weeks have gone by with no updates from them. My most recent call was answered by Joanna Anaya, their Operations Manager. She repeatedly cut me off from speaking and offered no resolution to my concerns which of course is frustrating to the point of yelling over the phone. Instead of Aspen providing the care that people deserve they hold test results hostage and ask for you to schedule a follow up appointment so you can spend more money in their clinic. It’s astonishing that a simple 10 minute follow up call can not be provided to someone in a respectable time frame. No apologies from Joanna, just excuses and tactics to get more money out of your pockets. If you are planning on using Aspen Urgent care, Don’t.
From the nurses to the urgent care medical staff to the registration team- everyone is super compassionate and courteous. Best of all, their care with children & the elderly is outstanding. So impressed with how everyone handles my family during unexpected visits. 😊
Extremely busy but a well oiled machine. Everyone from reception to the medical staff were very professional and efficient. With the amount of people flooding their facility (at one point there were no seats in the waiting room), they kept things moving along and did it very professionally. I waited approximately 2 hours before I was seen and only about 20 minutes in the examination room. I arrived at 9:00am and it just got wildly busy from there.
It was a fairly busy day in the office but I only had to wait about an hour. I had gone to another urgent care two days prior and was told I was fine, despite my complaints of pain and discomfort. You were compassionate, listened to me and immediately diagnosed me with a double ear infection without incident. I’m grateful that I was heard and treated properly before anything progressed any further. Thank you. It was very nice to have a positive experience at a medical appointment.
The desk was efficient and polite. Once we were called back vitals were done kindly and efficiently. The doctor came quickly. The doctor helped us with a difficult medical situation and provided very clear orders to follow. We really appreciate their quality care.
