The care team that treated my spouse were so kind and supportive. The staff on the sixth floor are amazing. Not one complaint can be made by myself. Night nurse Jessica even had the coffee station restocked because I love coffee 14 times a day. My loved one who can have some serious anxiety while in the hospital was so well cared for and comforted. Dr. David and her PA Laurie were wonderful. These ladies are so smart and were very helpful in easing my loved ones stress. We were kept informed of her progress and told about the different routes of care ahead of time so we could prepare. We’ve been waiting for over 3 hours just to to be called back to be seen. After inquiring with the nurses up front, my husband was responded to very rudely. Now we feel trapped here knowing they’ve already billed insurance. It’s no wonder this place is constantly flying patients in to Joplin. This is the absolute worst place on earth for any kind of care it seems. I wanted to give it zero stars but was forced to leave one just so I could write this review. If you have a cold, you will be safe but if your body is filling up with fluid you’ll be sat to wait in the ER for hours. We explained again but they have a real issue there. The staff was efficient, careful, diligent, attentive and ALL have the patience of Gandhi. I came in wild with pain and they remained calm, didnt raise their voice and kept me as collected as possible during my treatment.
Special shout out to two folks: Dr Malik Shahid M.D.-just am amazing doctor with lazer focus and the ability to find comfort where I thought I had none-thank you so very much for your amazing work.
And Miss Meggan. She took the time to hold my hand and help me focus through the trauma by keeping me distracted.
This was the worst trauma I had experienced but I wouldnt have asked for a better facility to present my care.Thank you all for your kindness, patience, and hard work.
By Rebecca McFarland (9 months ago)The waiting time for an emergency is ridiculous. I’m super lenient, I understand doctors and nurses are busy or have other patients they’re taking care of. However, no emergency patient should be waiting 2+ hours for an exam/treatment. My labor here in 2020 was horrible but I didn’t want to bother by leaving a lame review where I know it will just be looked at and go from one ear to the other and send the “please contact us” standard text. My daughter went in for an emergency today and the pain just worsened as time went by. There’s plenty of 1 star reviews for this hospital over the same issue and whoever looks into these reviews really needs to get their work aligned and do something about it.By Patricia Lucero (4 months ago)

If there was a way for me to rate you guys 100 stars I would! I was there just a little bit ago with a friend and this woman came in and was asked to put on a mask and she just started going absolutely psycho on the poor girl at the desk, just because she did not want to put one on. The staff here handled this situation so amazingly and professionally, and I honestly cannot believe the things our medical professionals have to go through. They are absolutely amazing here and they have never treated me or anyone I know in a disrespectful manner and for them them to be treated like this is so astonishing to me. And once again I want to praise the girl who was working the desk, I did not catch her name but she handled this situation so well and I am so sorry she had to go through this.
They were fast and incredibly friendly, caring, and considerate. They were genuinely interested in my well-being and talked through my questions about different tests and different treatments. Dr. Humphrey listened to my concerns and made sure to prescribe meds that would help me immediately, as I had an ear infection and was flying home the next day. Highly recommend!
It was quiet since it was late in the evening like around 7p.m. I was nearly the last person to be seen. The staff including the Dr were all very nice.
I did not wait too long in the waiting room or in the wait in the little room was not too long and the doc was good.

After being sent to the Bentonville location from another location, I experienced a full waiting room. The staff here worked diligently to serve people as quickly as possible. When we checked in, we were told it would be a 3hr wait but Katie and the staff were working so well we were out in less than 90min. I would definitely recommend this location in the future.
The best urgent care experience I’ve had in the NWA area! We were checked in and seen quickly. The staff treated my daughter like a person instead of a number. They were all very good to her and I can tell they cared and were focused on getting her better. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
