Great,fast,easy. Took some employees for emergency respirator fit tests. The nurses and doctors were exceptionally helpful and patient with us. We came to the location on a Friday evening before closing. Although tests were supposed to be concluded by 4pm, the nurses worked past the specified time and made sure that we were taken care of. The wait time was “estimated” 45 minutes. Me and my son waited for 2 and a half hours for something that takes approximately 8 minutes to complete. As we waited, new walk ins were seen before me. That would be fine if I hadn’t had an appointment set up 8 days in advance. Multiple times told him he wasn’t in the amount of pain he was in and that it wasn’t bad. Easy kiosk sign in procedure with a very short wait for check-in at the desk.
Was called back within minutes and a friendly nurse took all the vitals and asked my reason for the visit. Again, within minutes, the nurse practitioner came in, assessed my problem, told me the plan to get me better, and I was headed home. Everyone is caring and ready to help in every way. Such a pleasant doctor’s office visit. I’m considering making Better Med my primary care provider!!
I was greeted at reception promptly by a very friendly lady named Joyce. She guided me through every step of the way through the paperwork, insurance and payment while assisting another patient as well! The office was very clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with all of the separate seating areas. My wait was not very long at all (maybe 10 minutes). I was taken to the back where a tech took my vitals. Then waited probably 5 minutes for the nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant (not sure which). He explained everything very well and I was treated promptly. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend this facility!!
Everyone from the front desk folks, the nurse who took the vitals, the person who took the x-ray, and the PA Sarah were incredible. They were efficient, thorough, very nice, & we didn’t feel rushed with our questions. We’ve never had a bad experience with Better Med. But, HCA just bought them so we’ll see if there’s a change. Thanks for taking care of mom!
I went to BetterMed today with flu/COVID symptoms. The ladies at the front were extremely friendly and warned me it would be a 3 hour wait, which it was. But there were 14 people in the waiting room and appointments coming in. I was not angry about the wait, I mean with that many people sick, what more can they do. What truly impressed me was the ladies up front were so nice and even when they had to turn people away because the wait was past closing time, they showed empathy, even when patients were not nice. Thank you ladies for representing good customer service, which you don’t see too often. I hope you get recognized!
This was my first time using this facility after it was taken over by Care Now. I had good experiences when it was Better Med so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with a new company. However, I was very pleased with my experience at Care Now. The PA who saw me
was very thorough, patient and listened. to my concerns. Also, the front desk staff was very kind and professional as well. I would definitely use this medical facility again.
