I have seen this doctor a couple of times for urgent care visit and this provider honestly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond its a shame he only does urgent care id love to have him as my primary doctorBy zach jones (a year ago)This is the best urgent care around. The website makes it easy to reserve a place in line, so you can avoid spending too much time in the waiting room. The website may tell you that “there are no available appointments at this time”. If you call the office you should be able to reserve a spot despite what the site said. All of that aside, the doctors and nurses are kind and compassionate. They have on site X-ray capability. It absolutely beats going to the hospital for minor illness and injuries.By Sean Bailey (6 months ago)First time I went was okay I was seen after using online check in. it’s the closest to home so it was convenient. second time was horrible and they made me wait outside standing in December sick just trying to get a covid test and it was just the worst experience. they had no empathy for me but there were no cars in the parking lot. just a guy standing there and it was very uncomfortable I left without care and had to tell them how much worse I felt after being sick already. I need to find a better urgent care office in the area but I’m never going back here unfortunately their staff were rude and uncaring.By Megan Taylor (4 months ago)From beginning to end this was a very seamless visit.Online check in is very convenient and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. The PA was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. Best urgent care aroundBy Lindsey Anthony (5 months ago)Helpful staff but be weary they get very very busy. Pay attention to what you book on their website. There are two different departments, respiratory and non-respiratory. Do not be confused by this. Pay attention! You need to book respiratory at 12 am for that same day or, a day or more in advance. Great doc on the respiratory side. Diagnosed me with the flu and I was in and out within an hour.By _Salty Sage_ (SaltySage_037) (a month ago)

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.. The worst part of the experience was trying to park. But, the staff was extremely friendly and proficient and I was in and out within an hour and a half for a full DOT physical. And I’ll add, this place was packed. Not an empty seat in there and the staff moved everyone so quickly. Keep up the good work!
Longest wait time ever. As someone who has worked for an ophthalmologist and hospital, I’m pretty aware that wait times do occur. A patient shouldn’t be in an office for 2 hours for a simple screening and lift test. This was coupled with my hour commute just made the overall experience less enjoyable.
I showed up and was promptly attended to, which was nice. I had to go in for a physical for work. Aside from that, I watched people show up and get taken in before me. The receptionists were very professional when I voiced my grievances, but in total I had to wait a little over 2 hours. “It’s going to be a little bit of a wait to see a doctor” is what they told me – since I was there for a physical. When I finally get called in, a nurse’s aid completes most of the assessment, then places me in a room stating that I will be seen soon by the doctor. Another 30 minutes later, a physicians assistant places a stethoscope to my chest (barely long enough to assess appropriately) and then talks to me about anything other than health information. I never spoke to or even laid eyes on a doctor. You can’t leave the waiting area without forfeiting your spot in line. Schedule an exam elsewhere.
The staff was fine. The check-in process was cumbersome. I will say that the front desk staff should maybe look up what they have on file before they ask the same questions about information that they have and you do not have. I’m pretty sure I was supposed to get blood work done for this pre-employment screening that was never done. I only realize after I left. Hopefully I get this job….
Fast and efficient. Staff was professional and very nice. This was the first time I had been sent to concentra for a work physical and I was very pleased. The place was clean and up to date. I recommend you get there early because they are extremely busy from open to close per one of the staff members. I got there at 8 am and there was already a line of people waiting to get in. I was out of there by 9:30! No complaints here.
