Okay Panama City and surrounding counties are looking for a medical provider that will take you as a walk-in and see you as a family medical provider. Well this is the place.
At Access Point.
They have x-ray in house
This clinic draw labs in house.
They even offer minor surgery in house.Covid precautions. Friendly knowledgeable staff Doctor with bedside matters
IV therapy, immunity boost. I have use and will continue to use.
And it is a clean place.
I would give them 10 ⭐⭐ Stars if I could.
I love that I don’t have to run all over Bay County to be taken care of.
By Simple Life For You (a year ago)Oh my goodness!!!! This team of people are amazing. Not only were we seen immediately as a walk-in, but to be greeted with smiles was spectacular. The entire office was clean from waiting room to exam room, spotless. The front desk team were easy to work with and super helpful. Our nurse and provider were patient, kind, and explained things in ways a normal momma could understand.

We will never go anywhere else ! They even brought us into a large room together, so we were all seen all at once.

They were quite busy, but there was no feeling of chaos or being hurried.
There was a problem in the lab that caused a delay, but all the affected patients were notified of this and kept informed.

Absolutely fantastic!! Dr. Denecke, was extremely fast, and efficient, but very thorough as well, as I had forgot to tell her something about my issue and she came bk in and was very interested and made sure all was well. Will definitely come bk if needed and would highly recommend!! Also, the staff were all very fast and great at there job. The nurse was the one who caught that I ought to talk bk to the Dr. And the front desk girl was really fast n cordial too. In at 11:25 n out at 11:45 with all this done.
We were brought back very quickly to a very friend staff. However, the doctor seemed extremely rushed and did not take the time to answer questions. She was literally in and out of the room in less than a minute. Very friendly staff otherwise.
I feel that for the service fee to be seen, we are worth more than one minute of the Doctor’s time.
I was able to schedule an appointment in 20 minutes. My first time there but it’s the fastest I’ve ever gone through an urgent care. Staff were efficient and friendly and worked as a team. I was out in 15 minutes with prescriptions in hand. As a nurse it’s reassuring to know I’ve got a great place to get care since I’m new to the area.
Visited urgent care because my 20 month old fell and had a bruised, swollen pinky. I’m from out of state. The staff was incredible with a toddler. They did the xrays with her. She was allowed to pick a toy from the “treasure chest” and given stickers on our way out. 100% would recommend to anyone in need of care. Unfortunately they didn’t have a splint small enough for her teeny fingers, but did everything they could to stabilize her finger until we can get home to the Pediatric ortho. They even gave me a cd/referral to go before I could ask about it. Excellent staff.
I loved that the process was quick and efficient. Very grateful for the knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Loved the make ahead appointments. The only downside is I wish there was a mask policy for the customers. There were some pretty sick people.
