Customer Service is great. I was satisfied with everything. The receptionist was nice and respectful. She explained everything I needed to do, got a copy of my ID and then I waited just 5 minutes before a nurse came to take care of me. I highly recommend the place. The person that took me back and did the first part of the exam was also very polite. The doctor that came in to finish up the exam was very rude. He got very upset and started slamming the mouse around on the computer. He used foul language. Just overall very unprofessional. Whenever he would ask me a question, I would answer and try to give more detail to that answer. He would put his hand up in my face and interrupt me.By Randy Williamsen (4 months ago)I frequent this location for employment purposes as I am a traveling healthcare worker so pre employment screenings happen each time I sign a new contract. I usually have a good experience, however this particular time was a nightmare. I showed up at about 10:30am for a titer blood draw. This is one tube of blood. After about an hr and a half of waiting and watching just about every single person that had come in after me get seen before me, I got up and asked if I had possibly missed my name being called. The employees at the front desk checked and told me there were two people in front of me…I sat back down and watched as not two, but four more people were called before me…by this time I had been sitting for two hours and went up to the desk again….at this time it was brought to my attention that they were fast tracking drug screens and that is why so many people were put before me and that there was only one person there that day that could draw blood. At 12:35pm I was taken back to have my blood drawn. The lady asked me how my day was going so I expressed to her my frustration that I had waited for 2.5 hrs to get this one tube of blood drawn and I actually had another appointment that I was going to have to cancel due to this. She immediately became very passive aggressive with me speaking sarcastically to me about how they were very busy. She asked me if the left arm was good to draw from and I said I prefer the right so she hastily put the tourniquet on my arm. This lady blew my vein! Her technique had me questioning if she had ever drawn blood before. Forceful, wrong angle and bezel of the needle upside down…like are you kidding me?! I’m super disappointed and clearly never want to go back but unfortunately this is the company that my agency uses. The fact that they never communicated with me to give me the choice to come back at a better time and how poorly this situation was handled definitely gives me a different view of this place.By Nicole Walley (3 months ago)

I’m giving 5 stars, but no one would hold my hand during the observed UA. 🤣 so a low 5. In all seriousness, very professional and pretty quick to get me through the process. This group is always great.
Throughtout this very difficult time, the entire staff have been kind, understanding, helpful and encouraging, on not so good days. Dr. West. Dawn Tyler and Julia, picked the right profession. They go above and beyond to achieve the best outcome. The front office staff (I know all their names), and the nurses should all be considered valuable employees.

The building was in a rundown questionably unsafe neighborhood. The interior of the facility was not very clean at all. Not sanitary looking and very dated. Seating area didn’t allow for any kind of distance from other patients. One patient was sick and my partner got sick 3 days later. No face mask were visible upon entry to the facility. They were provided however when ask for some. 1 employee was coughing. I would never go back to this clinic on my own Volition. Use at your own risk.
For me the close location on 29th and F in Omaha works well for my visits.The staff are exceptional and very personal and caring. I have had excellent consultations with several of the doctors their. Easy to work with. Very happy with everything .
Professional, courteous and friendly service from start to finish. The entire staffing team (front office to all of the front line nursing and lab technicians) made my visit warm, welcoming and expedient. Thank you Concentra!
