I highly recommend this office! They go over and beyond to Provide excellent care! They took cause of my 7 years who hurt her foot at tumbling and gymnastics! Macy was the nurse practitioner I saw and I really liked how thorough she was in her examination. She also took her time to explain her findings and gave me alternate therapy beyond just throwing antibiotics at something unnecessarily (I really appreciated that).
The nurse/x-ray tech who took me back was nice, efficient and friendly. The receptionist was also pleasant, and took some extra steps to validate my insurance to ensure I didn’t overpay.
All of this in less than an hour from walk in to out. Overall I’m super happy with the care I received here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I’m in town again.

The check-in process via text was quick, easy, and could have probably been done before I arrived. I interacted with 4 employees and all were very positive. I was in and out within an hour and all paperwork was taken care of while I was in the office. Unfortunately, I had to bring my son on a holiday because our GP office was closed. Immediate regret. $180 visit for a quack to see my son. I don’t know where the PA we seen got her degree from, but I’ve gotten better medical advice from a Google search. Save your money and time and skip this place. I have tried to call 4 times to make a complaint, and NOBODY has ever attempted to call me back. Whenever I call and ask to speak to someone about my concerns, conveniently, there is no one available. I had to visit the local Signature Care on Grandview tonight. My daughter hurt her hand and we needed an X-ray. The front staff ladies were very nice and made the check in process painless.
In no time at all we were greeted by our Nurses Natasha and Rob. They quickly put my daughter at ease and had her smiling. Natasha was so caring answered all her questions about what would be happening.
Dr Chambers came in shortly after and ordered X-rays. He to was very kind and caring. He took time to answer all questions and had a great bedside manner.
The X-ray tech (Jennifer I believe) was just as nice.
To say I was blown away by the care we received would be an understatement. They all far surpassed my expectations and I would recommend this location to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
I visited this location on 10/30/22 with shortness of breath. I have asthma so I usually know at what point I need to seek medical care.
I walked in just after 12 PM to a clean, peaceful inviting waiting area. The waiting room was empty—I mention this because I know from being a returning patient to this urgent care that they are efficient at getting people to the back to be seen. They do not waste time. I really
appreciate that. There were multiple staff working the intake desk which I believe to have been two young ladies named Whitney and Ruby.
When I told her my symptoms she acted quickly and had an ER Tech out to begin triage. I was offered a wheel chair which I declined and was taken in.
Within 10 minutes I was settled in my room with multiple personnel coming in to take vitals and make me comfortable.
Manny G. (RN) was one of the first people to begin care with me. A nurse named America came in and politely introduced herself and let me know she was going to start an IV for me. Manny and America were very personable and made friendly conversation which made me forget I was being treated for the Flu (get your flu shot!)
I was taken for a chest x-Ray because of my symptoms. Patty (rad tech) came and kindly escorted me to take my X-rays.
From beginning to end I was so taken by how kind, caring, professional and attentive these medical professionals are.
Dr. Vaagenes was warm, kind and was also very attentive to my needs and concerns. I really appreciated his repeated check-ins.
At the end of my visit Manny walked me through my diagnosis, the treatment I received and the medication and treatment I would be setup with for home care. He was thorough which is a key detail in any line of work. God bless this team!

Fantastic Staff, friendly atmosphere, and great medical care. Nurse Britney was great and got everything we needed for my daughter, going above and beyond when my child is very picky! The doctor was awesome and great with my child, great kid friendly care. I recommend every time I come in because of the quick medical care and friendly staff!
Best experience with R.N. Rob and Dr. Rosales. Fast and easy check in process with friendly front staff. R.N. Rob explained everything thoroughly and was so kind to us. Dr. Rosales was quick with getting my husbands hand sutured on a Christmas Day! I would recommend urgent care needs to be met at this location. Very appreciative of the care we received!
I’ve gone here several times (there are 5 in my family and my parents have gone too) and every time it’s been quick and efficient. They listen to your symptoms and let you tell them what you think they need to know. They pay great attention to you and treat you like your the only patient they have (even though it’s not). The staff is so nice and caring. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know.
