Do not go here. They take 3 hours to see you. I did everything online to make it fast but still have to wait. I done been home and back still wait don’t go. The 2 women working the front desk were so kind and welcoming. I literally went in so close to time they were supposed to close, but they still saw me due to my issue. The doctor and nurse also explained everything well and clearly. They said it would’ve been a 3hr wait and asked me to come in at 8am the next morning. They opened the doors late. I was nowhere near the first person seen. I just felt that it was inconsiderate seeing as how they asked me to postpone and they couldn’t even get me in and out. Also, I wasted my time filling out paperwork online only to come in the next morning and practically fill out a pamphlet in person with the same info. I hope I never get sent back here. The effort is much appreciated because I imagine they have a tough job with long hours. The hermitage location could take notes! They told me to wait in the room for 1 minutes after my shot. 15 minutes later I cane out and asked if I could leave. One of the people behind the registration desk was on her phone, looked at me, asked if I had discharge papers, then looked back at her phone without saying a word. Awesome service from true health care professionals! They have, on several occasions, worked me in on the same day for emergency treatment and gotten me in and out and taken care of within just a few hours. So impressed with their service that I am scheduled with one of the primary care physicians for my initial physical next month! Keep up the excellent work. Doctors and true medical professionals such as these are few and far between these days unfortunately.
I was surprised when I first saw how many positive reviews an urgent care had, but I get it now. It was so easy to schedule a same-day urgent care appointment online. They were quick and efficient, the staff was friendly, and the office is very nice and comfortable. And bonus, it’s easy to get to with easy parking, which is rare with doctor’s offices.
Great experience! Always recommend making an appointment beforehand, it’s easier for me AND receptionist. I still expected to wait because they are so busy right now, which I did! But the waiting room is very nice, the staff was very friendly, and almost as soon as my vitals were taken the provider was ready to see me. I’d definitely come here again.
This place is great. I’ve been to their urgent care multiple times now for a range of different issues, and each time their staff has been kind and helpful. I feel like each provider has genuinely cared about me. Wait time is almost always quick, and it’s easy to make an appointment in advance on their website.

Everyone was nice and kind and very thorough! Dr Sparks was very kind and caring! I highly recommend!! Will be going back if the need arises!
