My first time here and I really love this place! I felt welcomed by the front desk receptionist. Nurse Leah was patient and friendly with my 2 kids. Doctor Kimberly was super awesome and attentive. She patiently listens , friendly, and thoroughly check ny kids. I will definitely return even though its a father drive for me but the visit was worth it!!By Lee Advincula (6 months ago)I went to this urgent care today for what I thought was strep or the flu. After arriving and waiting for a short amount of time I was called back to be checked in from the nurse. As soon as I entered the nurse did not speak nor direct me where to go until I had to ask where he expected me to go as if though I was supposed to magically know what room I was supposed to go to. We got to the room and he began to list off a series of questions in quick succession barley giving me time to answer or comprehend the questions, obviously he did did not care about me nor his job. After rudely asking me all these questions he hooked me up to the machine to get my pulse and heart rate. After leaving me hooked up by myself for a long period of time he came back in to swab my throat to test for strep. I’ve never had a more horrible experience at a doctors office. Without warning or anticipation, he just shoves the swab down my throat causing me to gag and almost vomit. I pulled back and gave him a strange look while he stood there not having a care if I was uncomfortable or anything. After coughing and gagging and having to force him to take it out, he then gets a covid test and does the same exact thing with my nose, shoving twisting and jabbing the tool right up my nose with no care or worry at all. I have never seen a “nurse” who didn’t care about his job as much as this man. The entire experience with this nurse was uncomfortable, rude, and careless. I hope no one should have to go through what I did, especially while being sick.By Brooks Miller (4 months ago)The people there were the most friendly I’ve ever encountered at a medical clinic! Very caring and considerate. Took time with us and answered all questioned. Every single person spoke to my son and wished him well while leaving. EXCELLENT experience!By Ashley Whittington (4 months ago)The staff is amazing. But the new system there training for is taken forever. Just be ready to sit for 3 or 4hrs to be seen. Your better off going somewhere else. I guess they need two care providers working instead of just one. Good luck if you go here.By Brittany Kenly (3 months ago)All personnel were concerned with my broken wrist and tried to explain future treatment! Very Professional! They provided me all the medical care needed at that time! They recommended that I should see an Otthopedic. doctor for future evaluation! I very impressed with the attention I received from front desk to nurses and Nurse Practitioner!By Mary Whitworth (4 months ago)

Went here recently for lab work for my child. The lab employees were great with her and helped her stay calm during her blood draw. The entire process was seamless and we were in and out inside of 20 minutes.By Brady Middleton (a year ago)Went for vaccine. Every person I had interactions with was great. From office personnel to nursing staff, I felt welcomed and cared for. I’d recommend this place for sure. I’m actually looking forward to my second dose!By Brent Elton (a year ago)Great staff and very professionalBy Tabitha Elder (a month ago)I have received care here for quite a while and can’t imagine going anywhere. The care is personal and thorough. I know that are looking out for me as a whole person and not an individual symptom.By Rebecca Mixon (3 years ago)A pleasant visit all the way around, friendliest staff I have had the pleasure of seeing in a long timeBy Matthew Watson (a year ago)

Very friendly! Very professional! I came in as a walk-in and was seen fairly quick. The staff are well above most clinics I’ve been to. I’m going on a cruise and needed a rapid response COVID test. No hassles no problems! Filed on insurance and back out in 45 mins! Really nice nurses and doctor!
NP Mia was super nice and amazing! She listened to me and understood my medical problem. She is a person who goes above by providing exceptional customer and medical services. The staff was simply amazing from the sign-in area to the medical staff, thank you so much! This is why I believe that you’re the number one urgent care facility in North Louisiana or probably the world! Keep on doing what you do best and your patients would like to thank you! God is good and His Mercy is everlasting!
When did doctors stop checking vitals on patients. I told this doctor multiple times, It didn’t seem like I was getting adequate air. (Just couldn’t seem to take in enough air) not once did she listen to my lungs, check my throat, my ears. They checked blood pressure and 02 stats. I tested positive for covid, so as soon as they get that test, they dont even worry about anything else. Would not prescribe antibiotics, just said to treat symptoms, since its viral, which I had been doing for 3 days at this point. Woke up next day to my throat being almost completely white in back, running fever again ( I’m sure it’s strep) I called and ask for her to call me in antibiotics, if it’s strep, I’m gonna need them, and she would not do it. Told me to go to my primary Dr. ( ok, let’s get out and go back in public to go sit in Dr’s office and expose everyone I come in contact with to Covid) that sounds smart. I got some antibiotics from a friend that they didn’t take, have only been on them for less than 24 hrs and feeling much better. The back of my throat looks and feels, so much better. My congestion is still bad but my throat doesn’t feel like it’s been scraped out with a spoon. I do not understand why you Dr’s, don’t listen to your patients, I’m not sure how you got your medical license but you truly need more training before someone dies on your watch. Why are you not prescribing antibiotics when someone obviously has infection ( of course you would have had to taken the time to look) and recklessly disregard the fact that someone tells you they are having trouble breathing. Do better Dr.Nahid Islam!!!
I would give 0 starts if I can. I’m currently here, been waiting for over two and a half hours to get a rapid COVID test for a flight tomorrow. There’s no reason why a clinic full of healthcare professionals don’t know how to triage and work efficiently. Very disrespectful for the patients time.
People are nice, but they make up prices. Last year I paid $220 for a covid test + new patient fee. This year I was sick, got a covid+flu test and a steroid shot. They told me in the office its gonna be $225. I paid right away. 2 Weeks later a surprise bill came per mail, $469. They included a new patient fee again. Fought them on it, they don’t care. I had to pay anyways.
I’ll never go back there.
