The doctors here decide how you feel. Have an infection in ear and it is still bothering me after 2 days and the doctor says no for a work slip, saying I’m fine. Jokes. Note, I drive a forklift so the constant turning, back and forth isnt fun. If anything she should have said, 2 days still bothering you. Maybe come in we’ll take another look at it. Have walked in before and no problem. 4 whole people waiting in the lobby and they said they don’t take walk ins and turned away my husband and said everyone is like this right now. Website shouldn’t say walk ins if that’s not true.By Vanessa Morris (3 months ago)went in for a uti test yesterday came back negative supposedly. i landed myself in the er about six hours later thinking i don’t have a uti i have a kidney stone when in all actuality your doctors are careless to a point where they don’t even look to review your test. i waited four hours in the er just to be told i do have a uti. my pain was blamed on out of control diabetes by your doctor balamuniswamy, the hospital confirmed i have a uti. so please don’t tell me the pain im having is sugar crystals from my diabetes because those are painless. did you get your doctors license from a ceral box? makes me wonder how many more patients of yours had a misdiagnosis or were blown off because their diabetes was out of control so she blamed it on that.By Lexi michael (3 months ago)Extremely racist and passive aggressive staff. I’m not sure on all the negative reviews but I went here multiple times in the past few weeks. Working in a retirement home has got me exposed to many sicknesses. I had a great experience every time. Front desk was always kind. Walk in clinics are for “walk-in” services, there is always going to be a wait that’s what you sign up for when you go to places like this. Get a primary doctor if you want fast service. Anyways I’m incredibly grateful for all the staff that helped me get better multiple times and think they do a great job!By Baylee Bradley (2 months ago)Staff is friendly and really efficient! I went in today because I had some lingering flu symptoms that seemed to be getting more painful and severe. They tested me for covid and when the results came back negative, they prescribed some antibiotics for a likely respiratory infection.
I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time feeling confident I’d been given a resolution to the symptoms I’ve been feeling. I live in Clinton but would absolutely not mind making the drive to this clinic should I end up finding the need for one again!

Every person from the front desk staff, to the intake nurse, to the nurse practitioner were very pleasant and took the time to listen to me and provide care. This will be my urgent care facility from today going forward.By Steven Rodgers (2 months ago)Front desk lady was really rude. Her name is Terri. She checked me in, told me I wouldn’t wait long. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours in the waiting room. Then one of her friends came in and she got magically bumped to the top of the list even tho she didn’t have an appointment. Said lady went in front of me. That’s when I said something and I was told “I’m not going to argue with you” when clearly I was upset because someone who came in after me went before I did. I understand having an appointment but 1.5 hours waiting was ridiculous.
I was magically bumped to the top of the que after I said something. Then I was taken back. The doctor thanked me for my patience and saw me quickly after that. That’s the only reason this place isn’t getting a 1 star review. I recommend new front desk staff. The staff were very friendly, and they were very busy. The patients seemed to roll in nonstop. The waiting room always had people in it. The facility appeared clean and orderly. The instructions were very clear pertaining to my drug test. I would recommend them for the services they provide.
I waited 3 hours to get in for a 3 minute physical and shot. I would hope maybe it’d be better if you made an appt but I’m not sure. One employee calling people back kept sighing quite loudly and complaining right out in the waiting area. The one who took me back and was with me the whole time was great as was the front desk staff. I was grateful for the fruit snacks 😉
So I was there for 2 and a half hour. When I showed up I did the paper work and watched 8 people come in and did what they had to do and left, before I got called back a hour and 20 minutes late. So I did my physical and drug test and the doctor that was there seemed like he didn’t care about his job or the people coming in and out, he was more worried about being in his office the with the people working there and the people coming in and out. I’ve never been somewhere to where I felt that uncomfortable. They were in such a hurry to get me out of there that they messed up my DOT paperwork and I don’t want to go in there and wait 3 hours for them to fix it..
The staff here are a little sassy but also very friendly. I had a physical and drug screen for Canadian Pacific scheduled. Not sure if the company or who scheduled it but it was late on a Friday afternoon. I felt bad so I told them how sorry I was and that I know the weekend is near. They seemed to appreciate that. I was treated great and was joking and laughing with my nurse or whatever she was by the time I left. I didn’t know, but this place also is a family urgent care and practice. When my insurance is all set with CP I will be making them my family doctor’s office. Great place.
My visit to Concentra was for a new job that required a drug test.
The front desk personnel was courteous and professional. My wait time as a walk-in was less than 20 minutes. Once called upon I was directed to a room where I was provided a urine cup and explicit instructions to insure the accuracy of the test. I was very impressed knowing how Concentra performs to ensure safety and accuracy for drug testing.
