This was by far one of the best dental offices I have been to. The building is clean, staff is professional, and accommodating. They were able to get me in last minute on a Friday and fix my tooth pain! The dentist was knowledgeable and the Dental assistant Jessie was phenomenal. Her attention to detail, kind approach, and calming demeanor is what makes this clinic A+++++. I plan on using this clinic as my primary office. It is totally worth the 2hr drive for me!
This was my first visit to Amoskeag Urgent Dental Care and I’m very glad I chose to go here! They were able to get me in very quickly the next morning after I had called for wisdom teeth pain the previous day. They had me in and out within 20 mins after my appointment started and knew exactly where and what was causing my pain. Prescribed me with medicine needed and sent me on my way. The office is very clean and welcoming. Everyone had a smile and were very helpful. I highly recommend them and will be coming back if I ever have another urgent dental issue. Very happy with my experience! Thank you for all of your help in getting me back to feeling better!
One star for ease of making an appointment, and one star for friendliness of staff on the phone. My issue is with the appointment cancellation fee, as I made an appointment for 11am the next day but found out at 6:30pm that I was able to be seen by regular dentist at 7:30am the next day so I called two hours prior to my appointment to cancel and was told that I would be charged $100 for cancelling in less than 24 hours. The only way to have followed the 24 hour policy would have been to call literally an hour after I made the appointment to cancel or build a time travel device. The only reason I made an appointment with them was because my dentist was booked until next week, but if I had known I wouldn’t have bothered to schedule in advance. I thought I was being nice and doing the right thing by calling to cancel so that they could see another patient, apparently not. By the way, when my husband went there a couple of years ago for a tooth he broke at work, they forced him to get a cleaning and didn’t fix the tooth at all – his tooth is still broken and they wanted to charge him for the cleaning when it was a workers comp issue. He has since refused to get the tooth fixed because of the service he received. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them, but obviously his experience was what I would have received as well. Lose one star for no leeway on cancellation fee due to physics, lose another star for not fixing broken tooth, and lose one star for giving and charging for an unnecessary cleaning.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was at a different facility and very unhappy with the results and treatment. It was suggested to me that I make the drive from Sunapee to Manchester. So glad that I did. I was there less than ten minutes when the doctor completely changed my medication and preformed a procedure. I returned for three more procedures in the next week. Not only did they fix the urgent problem I had, but they fixed some teeth I thought were unfixable. I highly recommend Amoskeag Urgent. I will return for my regular cleanings now, it’s worth the drive.
They were amazing! After calling a few other offices and going into one near my home…( and having a horrible experience); I called Amoskeag. I had a cracked tooth and was in a lot of pain and needed some other work done , as well. They could of seen me the same day I called! When I did go in, they were kind and quick to fix my tooth problem. The office was clean and inviting, and the cost was very reasonable! I was so happy they helped me and will definitely continue going back to them!!
