Service was very good once the check in was complete. However, the online forms were great, but became confusing when I arrived. I was ok with additional forms to sign when confirming the appointment. Then I checked in on my phone but did not realize that I also had to sign in at the reception desk. So I sat for 30 minutes before I got up to check if I had been overlooked. I am a first time patient, and so I was not familiar with all the steps to check in. Dr. Williams has great bedside manner & took his time answering my questions & explaining my injury/treatment. Melissa ( I think that’s who’s in billing) was super helpful with insurance issues! We were getting X-rays within 5 mins and only sat in the waiting room 15 mins. Our medical assistant was Paige and she was very helpful as well as super nice and caring. Dr. J Carter was in the room within 15 mins and he was absolutely the best. He is very caring and has the best bedside manner you can get. He explained our plan of care beyond our expectations and he listened to my teen about her injury and answered any questions she had. We just can’t say enough good things about our visit. In & Out Clinic is the place to go for fast, affordable, and compassionate service. I have been here for many reasons over the years, from migraines to COVID-19 to stomach bugs, and they have always been able to give me excellent treatment. Larry especially is just so kind and understanding. All of the doctors and nurses there actually listen to your problems! All the nurses, doctor & front desk were AMAZING, they really do care about their patients and take time to listen and care for them. They were sweet and patient with my almost 2 year old son. I can never thank them enough for their kindness. Such sweet staff ! ❤️
Brought my 18 month old daughter in for fever and possible ear infection. The wait was a little long, but I think it seemed longer because my daughter started to get cranky. Once we got back, everything went really well. The nurse practitioner we saw, Emily, was very thorough, had wonderful bedside manner with my young daughter, and was very knowledgeable about pediatrics which was refreshing since it was after hours and we couldn’t see our pediatrician.
It’s nice to know we have this option for our family when our regular doctors’ offices aren’t open.
The facility was clean, the staff was kind and professional as well as very helpful! Wait time was 30-45 minutes then I saw the nurse and doctor and got tested and left within another 45 minutes so a total of 90 minutes which was to be expected because there were 2-3 people ahead of me and I was walking. 10 out of 10 I would recommend
Natalie front desk was very helpful today with explaining urgent pass plan. She was able to answer all my questions and had someone from billing reach out to me to get my problem solved. Maria NP was very professional and knowledgeable during our visit with our daughter today as well. Highly recommend lufkin clinic. Everyone very polite and professional, waiting area very clean.
I was happy with the quick care and the attention provided by everyone in the office. I do wish they would have billed my insurance but did not I had to pay cash for the visit . The reason was a migraine and dental gum infection. Oh well glad they were there to help me with the pain.
