When I called to set up appointment it went very smoothly. I was sent a link to fill out paperwork ahead of time. The Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Nurse and PA were kind, caring, and took the time to listen and answer my questions thoroughly. Have visited here before and my experience has always been a positive one. My virtual appointment was rescheduled for an in-person visit AND confirmed, but I still had to be put on a 2 hour waiting list. I drive out of town for the visit as as well. This needs fixed. The staff was friendly and professional. I did have a long wait past my appointment time but everyone is sick right now and I feel they were doing everything they could to see those who needed it. Even though they caught it and fixed it, when you are sick you do not want to wait for over an hour just to find out the reason was because they skipped over you. Also, they electronic sign in with the QR code doesn’t always work and it even takes longer than good, old fashion paper and pen. Stop relying on technology so much and deal with people. So impressed with this team! Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. They were all so friendly and helpful and we came in towards the end of the day on New Years Eve. Nobody made us feel bad about being in at such an inconvenient time. They even called us to let us know the location we had our prescription sent to didn’t have it in stock, but had called around and found a location that had it in. We appreciated the help and they went above and beyond. Then when I said “I appreciate it” the tone of her voice when she “bye” then hung up really rubbed me the wrong way. Waited nearly two hours to see a doctor, the doctor did not communicate well, and seemed to have no care for the pain his patient was in. I have never had a better experience at an urgent care facility then I did today at this one. I really appreciate the time and consideration that they gave me while I was there. Arrived and was met by friendly receptionist who immediately got me checked-in. In a total of about 20 minutes: the nurse took my vitals, took a strep test, I was examined by the “doc”, Got my results and was on my way. Thank you. Top of the line. This is our second visit to this clinic. We live out of state and visit Lincoln to see family. They are wonderful, kind and very professional at this clinic. Would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.
My doctor’s office wouldn’t schedule me when I needed to be seen due to having COVID a week prior, and I was struggling to breathe with chest pains keeping me up each night. Urgent care was so helpful and the staff was beyond kind! They listened to every concern, took great care of me and I am already feeling a bit better! The quality of care was amazing, and no ridiculous wait times! I was in and out with immediate results given to me personally by the PA so I could ask any questions I may have had. I am truly grateful for them, I was very concerned having to wait another week, and when I called to explain my situation I was met with genuine concern.. I truly cannot express enough how kind the ENTIRE staff was to me! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking immediate care!
I have been going to this Urgent Care Clinic for several years and I have always had a good experience. I would highly recommend this facility. It is much more convenient and faster than going to an ER and especially over the weekend. The intake staff at front desk are friendly and professional. I recently saw Eco, the PA. She was kind, thorough and professional.
I would have given a 5 star. I drove clear across Lincoln and chose this location. Dr.Ewing was wonderful along with the nurse in the room both very nice and made me feel at ease. However, the front desk girl who sat at the door could use some training in her patient service area. Did not greet with a welcoming
feeling. Looked like she just crawled out of bed. The first person you see is not always how the rest of the appointment will go. And Thank goodness on this visit
Always friendly staff. Between my daughter and my grandmother, I’ve been in this clinic a few times over the last few months. Staff is always kind, helpful, and communicative. Even with a long wait this past weekend due to many being ill i felt we were seen timely and got our answers to my daughters illness quickly. It was nice to be able to wait in our car and not lose our spot in line as we waited to be seen.
