Wait time was about 40mins to be assigned a room, which is way better than most clinics. Oscar Villarreal, NP is great and explains everything thoroughly. All the staff was very friendly and polite. We were greeted at the door by the whole staff and were asked how our visit went right before leaving. Everything was very fast, very organized, and the whole office is very modern and clean! Staff and nurses were superb. Very nice and accommodating. Really made me feel welcomed and I really liked making an appointment online and having minimum contact at the waiting area. I highly recommend VitalMed Urgent Care to everyone.
Th staff are super friendly and approachable. They have excellent customer service and made us feel that everything would be ok when we arrived in a state of worrying about our child’s health. They treated us with care and efficiency. I have nothing but good things to say about each person we interacted with. VitalMed is a blessing to Laredo!
The nurse practitioner I saw was very nice and helpful. He seemed to actually care about the person and not the patient. The front desk ladies were great! Would definitely go back.
The whole staff was awesome especially the nurse that attended to my son and Liz. They have beautiful personalities and a pleasure to be around. My son felt comfortable with them both. Plus the timely manner we were seen was awesome. We were in a waiting list of 39 people and in 32 mins we were seen. 45 mins tops to be xrayed seen and discharged. AMAZING!!
The staff has always been great friendly and very attentive to the patients. They are fast even on busy days like today and that’s why I like going there. I was in and out quick. All my questions were answered.
