Overall good experience here while I have the flu. Staff were working diligently and caring for patients before caring for their personal conversations, which is a rarity these days among nursing staff and is much appreciated. I felt like I got quality care. Check in was fast, check out was even faster. Just be sure to double check your script before you leave, whoever entered mine sent it across the country. Wound up being fine, but it also could have been a huge time waster if the CVS wasn’t open yet (I’m on east coast, Cali is obviously not and there is a time zone factor). The only thing missing was the red carpet!
The staff was very efficient, respectful and professional. Overhearing bits and pieces of conversations among staff and patients, I was very impressed with their caring nature.

The Lancaster facility is clean, everyone is compassionate, give excellent care and addressed my issues better than my family physician’s office. Keep up the hard work and thank you for everything. I came here for an ankle injury, & they offered me a wheelchair, & when I declined, they took their time to get me to the treatment areas. The front staff & physicians are kind. I only wait a longer time to be treated during the sick-months. They still require masks, & are respectful when declining people who do not come in with a mask, or people who refuse to wear a mask. I had to get x-rays done, & the physician who assisted with that was kind & gentle to me during the whole process. If you’re in urgent need of medical care, THIS is the place I would recommend.By Camille Harmon (3 weeks ago)A stellar alternative to the emergency room! Large clean waiting room (usually mostly empty) and easy check in. Note: bring insurance info and any other related paperwork so you don’t have to go back home to find it like I did.I was there for a total of about 25 minutes and left with two desperately needed asthma medications because my doctor couldn’t see me for three months.
If you end up needing to go to the emergency room for any reason they will call you an ambulance which means you will get right in instead of waiting with everyone else for hours.

I went to Concentra on Butler Rd., for screening for employment, which is 3 visits in my case, I worked with 6 different staff members, all were quite competent, professional and kind. Particularly the 2 young woman at the front desk, they seemed to be the point people. One was Brenda (I think), I had several questions in person and by phone, top notch customer service!
I was amazed by the excellent customer service provided by the staff at the facility. The two amazing ladies at the reception are doing a wonderful job including everyone else. I was also touched by Ms. Portia’s way of work, she’s in charge of the physical exam and she does it with utmost passion.
The order in which one is taken through the processes is amazing till I finally went through the X-ray and checked out by Ms. Tina.

The staff was awesome working with you and help you thru paperwork. Staff like Brenda goes out of the way to help. You don’t find that no more. Some other providers like Penn state or Penn Medicine are ran ragged. So staff develop attitude. And complicate matters worst. Don’t get me wrong you still have good ones out there willing to help instead of hindering a patient. The staff treated me good nice job and 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 five thumbs up. Awesome job keep up the good work.
Went to Lancaster Concentra for work physical and drug screen. This was by far the greatest experience I have had at any Concentra. Check in was easy and I was called back and got started with my drug screen within 15min of check in. Then right after completed the physical portion of my new hire paperwork and met with the physician who signed me off. Everyone from front desk to MA and provider was pleasant and informative. Great overall experience will go back to them for my next work physical or drug screen.

The waiting room was full and only one other person and I were the only ppl wearing a mask- including employees.
Staff friendly. I was concerned when two ppl came in w COVID symptoms- thinking this office was urgent care, without masks, came the whole way in until they were directed to urgent care on the other side of the building.
