The team seems professional and nice. However, I’m not impressed with the follow up line. It’s a great idea, if you actually follow up and take care of your patients. Just know if this Urgent Care does not get it right the first time and you need additional help, medicine, or a refill, plan to visit and pay the full amount again.
Update: The chief complaint is pretty much the same. In reality, this isn’t about what is legal, right, or ethical. It is about $.

I was very impressed with our experience today at this urgent care clinic! We’re new to the area & don’t have a pediatrician yet, so I took my toddler here today. The whole staff was excellent, from front desk, to nurses, to the nurse practitioner Mitzi, to billing. We got in, out & picked up my son’s Rx from the pharmacy in under an hour. They bill as facility based with no mention that this would be billed differently than most Urgent Cares. I was billed my copay and as an outpatient as if it was a emergency room visit. They do not have an appeals process, so you will be stuck with the bill to pay out of pocket. Secondly, the doctor was so unprofessional and did not listen to me and began with asking my daughter my health questions. She is 10! I had started to write this post about the doctor after the visit but had decided to just move on until I got my bill. I had no special care . I was never there. They kept sending me texts at home about someone named Charles. I kept texting them about their mistake, but they just continued acting like I was this Charles person. Makes me wonder about the quality of care you will get there if they can’t handle a simple check in. I am praying that Charles, whoever he is, eventually got the care he needed.
Staff was super friendly. Was in and out very quickly. The only bad thing was i have the flu. Everything else about this facility and they’re staff was amazing. I will be returning today for another flu test and am inner ear infection.
Tonight I was there for the second time in three months. The last time I saw Dr Eichenberg (sp?) and another doc whose name I cannot remember now. He was probably about 60 though, and he was extremely experienced just like Dr Eichenberg who I saw again tonight. I very much enjoyed talking to Dr Eichenberg this evening. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and experienced. These are the docs that need to be held onto no matter what, for they make an enormous difference in the quality of care that very complicated patients receive who have highly debilitating, life-ruining medical problems that are completely foreign & misunderstood to most docs and who fall well outside the norms of the typical patient.
The nurses and other staff I dealt with were very nice too, and they did a good job in trying to minimize the wait. I think I wanted about 55 minutes after I first got there, about 5 p.m. on the day after Christmas, and when the other urgent care clinics were closed, and who knows how long the wsit is at the hospital ERA was… 5 hours? 10? 20? 35? I have a friend who spent 35 hours at one of the ERs a couple weeks ago before they were able to go home. So 55 minutes (plus the hour or 1.5 hrs being treated) is nothing compared to that, or the 15 hours I spent the last time I was in an ER.

Brought my son. Everyone is very nice. Sitting in the lobby and heard all the info on a patient. Address insurance date of birth. It isnt just this place. But big hill a no no. Places like this needs to come up with a different way to ask these questions
