The Receptionist was warm and receiving. The wait wasn’t long at all. The Staff, Dr. D. James, likewise, was kind and informative. The Nurse was gentle when she stuck me with the syringe. The only reason that I gave them a 4 was because I knew that I had Covid and was told to sit in a very crowded waiting room. No possible separation from other patients. The urgent care facility was clean, well organized and the staff extremely friendly. The “save my spot” feature significantly reduced my wait time. My only concern is that my child was diagnosed w strep, and given a prescription, based on verbal and visual symptoms. She was not actually swabbed/tested. I’m hoping the doctor is correct in her diagnosis.
Got here right as they opened on a Saturday morning, VERY quick paperwork set up & wait time in the lobby. All the staff in the front & back were so friendly and helpful. Doctor gave me a quick diagnosis (strep throat) & easy-to-follow instructions for my recovery. She didn’t spend a lot of time with me (likely because my issue was a quick/easy diagnosis), but was extremely friendly and still obviously cared for my well-being. They accept just about every time of insurance as well. Will definitely be coming here again for any future medical needs!
I have never in my life seen a doctor that was as quick, efficient and STILL felt cared for with compassion and empathy as I did today! I am 7 months pregnant and needed to make sure that what I haven’t been able to shake wasn’t serious. The staff were great and Dr. Kelli was so kind! You never know when it comes to walk-in clinics but I would highly recommend!
From entry to release, the processing and care was delivered with a sense of ‘care’ and professionalism. Even with a full waiting room, my check in was seamless. I waited in my car & hadnt received the text. The reception made a special trip out to notify me. Amy Hendricks was knowledgeable and professional. I would seek her practice as PCP if available! She took time, communicated fully & answered all questions. Thank you!
