  1. I feel like the odd one out seeing all these negative reviews, but I have been going through the St Peter’s health system for almost 2 years now, and I have no complaints. In fact, I wanted to write a detailed review to document just how grateful I am to St Peters and all its affiliates.

I found my GP through the system and she has been an absolute godsend. She saved me during an extremely difficult pregnancy and has continued to provide exemplary medical care for my entire family ever since! If she has ever been unavailable, the other wonderful doctors, Physician’s Assistants, and nurse practitioners in the physician’s group have been equally as knowledgeable and accommodating. I LOVE every medical professional that I’ve visited at the Broadway clinic. A special thank you to Dr. O’Connell at that location. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

The Labor and Delivery floor of St Peter’s is phenomenal. I have never experienced such incredible medical care in my life. Not that I would expect them to, but every L&D nurse treated me like their own family member during my stay. When my labor didn’t go as planned, my nurse held me while I cried, and she cried too! During my c-section, everyone was chipper and excited. The anesthesiologist was the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life. I am getting emotional just thinking about how special everyone in that department made my birth. Those first few days with my baby went so smoothly thanks to all of them. The memory of my stay is truthfully my favorite memory of all time. They set me up for success and I am so grateful. I cried my eyes out almost the entire day of our discharge simply because I didnt want to leave! I wish there was a way to personally thank every person there!

I’ve had several issues postpartum and any specialty care I’ve received has been through providers equally as caring and gentle. I feel safe in the hands of anyone in the St Peter’s system. I’m currently enrolled in Physical Therapy through one of their clinics and I have never received such amazing physical therapy!

I genuinely love almost everything about St Peter’s Health. I’ve had one bad experience with the billing department, but that feels like a small price to pay for quality medical care. I have had some terrible medical experiences in the past. These experiences used to plague my mental and physical health, but now they only serve to highlight the quality of care at St Peter’s to me.

    Thank you!

  2. Mixed reviews. I’ve had some pretty amazing experiences and doctors and I’ve had others leave so much to be desired, like right now. I understand the hospital is busy, but you have my loved one in your care, and I can’t get a nurse to answer the phone at the nurses station or call us back to give us an update. I’ve tried 4x’s to get information any information at all.

  3. The staff is wonderful, Krista M. Is the best nurse and they have been great with my toddler! I highly recommend this place.

  4. Enter waiting room 1am 110am in gown by 115am no one around till 315am when I call to ask if doctor will see me, he said I’ll check to see when your turn. 448am I’m in the emergency room still no doctor and no one is stopping by saying oh a big emergency nothing so 4 hours and still not seen by doctor. I left the hospital with out seeing a doctor at 515am after I called for the nurses to ask again how long they now said they were busy. But never did hear sirens, and I was across the room from the emt room so I could see if they come and go along with the emergency doors for them to enter with a patient. I was told people came in before me, and after I was checked in people came in that were more critical, as I may have a infection I been dealing with since October from having surgery at st. Petes and all they all keep telling me go see the doctor then I do and were get on another antibiotic, but theirs never a problem. So I ask them why do I keep having this happen. 3rd round of antibiotics done and this is one will cure anything I have. It did but came back worse that’s why I came in. I never leave reviews but this day was terrible.

  5. St. Peter’s deserves its low ratings, as they’re just awful. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. I went there in September 2021 to get new allergy serum made. Had to do two blood tests after they insisted on re-testing me, and claimed the results said I was apparently no longer allergic to cats, which is what I was originally on the shots for, as I developed a latent allergy to my cat. My worsening symptoms said otherwise. The nurse later agreed to add it to the serum. They proceeded to let the serum sit for months before sending it in an unmarked envelope to the clinic I requested in Butte, where it sat for a few more months, only to be opened a few weeks before it expired. It is now the end of January 2023, and I have filed a grievance demanding my money back for services never rendered, but I don’t expect anything to come of it. The medical “professionals” in Montana are a disgrace. And they just sent me ANOTHER bill even though I haven’t done anything with them since fall of last year! Am I expected to believe it’s unrelated to the fact that I recently complained to their “patient relations” department?

Everyone of the staff from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner who saw me today were friendly and efficient. They got me in and out very quickly. By the time I drove the few blocks to my pharmacy they had already received and were working on filling my prescription. This was my first time visiting this urgent care office but I will definitely consider them in the future. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an urgent care provider.

My entire visit was great from start to finish. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. The provider I saw, Jake, was amazing. He actually listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan I was comfortable with and follow up options if necessary. I would much rather go here than to a primary care Dr to be honest. The experience was 1000% better.

Great first impression of this place! My 5 yr old son was seen immediately and the provider (Jake) was great with him. His diagnosis and treatment plan were spot on as well. I will definitely be using this urgent care from here on out.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Not only are they not related to St. Petes, but they were so quick, caring, and helpful! I ran in with a sore throat and a time restraint and they were able to diagnose me and send me on my way in half the time that I had before having to pick up my kiddo’s from school. I got really lucky that no one else was there and it was a pretty easy diagnoses, but still appreciate more than I can express with how quick and kind they were. I have never felt more comfortable at a doctors office in my life, so thank you staff!!

As other patients have mentioned the staff here is very polite and courteous. The facility is clean. However, expect to pay a lot for their services and surprise billing. I attended this clinic for abscess care. There were no x-rays or labs done. I was at the clinic for approximately fifteen minutes. I informed the nurse of what my issue was. They charged $1062.76 for the service. They sent me a non-itemized bill with my portion to be for $512. The bill just listed medical services. I requested an itemized bill that was not itemized. I was told the consultation alone was over $300. The consultation consisted of me informing the nurse of my issue. Probably less than a minute. I did contact their billing but they were not any help.

Unfortunately, their treatment proved worse than the issue and it ended up healing on it’s own. However, the real disappointment was the care received and especially the amount they charged. I really regret going to this clinic and would really recommend going some other place.

I was recommended this place for my father, a veteran, by the VA for dental. I went to the website to learn what I needed to do to get him in to be seen for a sore tooth. The website said they take walks in (great!) on a first come first serve basis so you should show up as soon as they open. I stopped in one day to get the paperwork so we could fill out and have it ready for when we went in the morning, thinking it’s best to be overly prepared. We got up early and made our drive into Helena and got to the clinic on 11th Ave early! Barely any cars in parking lot and there was only one person sitting inside filling out paperwork. Great, we’re here on time and don’t have to wait. I get to the front desk for the woman to tell me there’s no availability for walk ins……. Okay? There’s no one there and we’re there early. She calls the clinic downtown to see if they have availability. She tells me they have one spot open for a walk in. We load back up in the car, mind you, my father is a senior with limited mobility. I rush us over to the downtown location. We’re there only 5 minutes after opening. We walk in and there’s a few people in front of us in line so we wait. I get to the front desk after waiting only to be told there’s no availability. The man behind us says you have to camp outside an hour before they open to be seen….. I can not have my 76 year old father sitting out in the cold for an hour to be seen. I specifically went the route of a walk in because I was told making an appointment would be at least two months out and his tooth was causing discomfort. This place is a joke! But what do you expect from a place that emphasizes the importance on “proper pronouns” and “gender identity”.

It’s a good place to have a one stop shop for all your needs. You can find a Dr., a Dentist, a pharmacy, and therapists and nutritionists. The wait to get an appointment is usually a few weeks, but walk ins are available first thing in the AM, first come basis.

Very happy with my experience here so far. Compassionate doctor (mine is at least) and have gone here for dental work for years as well.

Always a long wait time but when you get in they are very personal. The pharmacy is the best. There prices the are great so you don’t feel like your going bankrupt.

If you are in so much pain that you can barely walk, they’ll turn ya away. 😭😭😭 I was in the ER twice this weekend because of the infection in my mouth. And because I needed help another person beat me to the door. The other two could talk and walk fine. Don’t go here if your really needing dental. Because they only care about the patients that can move fast enough. And if your handicapped definitely don’t go there 😭😭😭😭😭
