Dr. Fernandez was amazing and I would highly recommend for orthopedic surgery! I had a horrible accident which I shattered my ankle, (tibia), completely broke my fibula in half and broke my right arm. Dr. Fernandez had me in for a consult and surgery within 36 hours. He also has an amazing team he oversees and trains that are so caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I was born with a congenital birth defect which resulted in my hip not being in the socket and not much of a socket . I had many surgeries as a baby in an effort to correct it and for many years it did. In 2004 Dr Lippe replaced my hip and built me a new socket. By then the surgery and bones had deteriorated and I was in excruciating pain. I thank God every day that I had a fantastic surgeon like him. I had a great experience at Concentra today. Yes, the wait is long, but they have a lot of patients. I was able to see two medical staff and receive X-rays in about 4 hours. The staff were fun and joked around with me the whole visit. Awesome bedside manners! I felt really comfortable and safe here. Thanks especially to Rebecca Rider and the male nurse(?) I saw before. They were AWESOME!!
The waiting time for here is quite overwhelming. Because of being short staffed the employees are in the constant rush and the customer service is not perceived as polite or with hospitality. When the nurse called my name to get my blood work done, did not even said good morning to me. I was the one who said it before answering any questions she made. Unfortunately, not sure why, I still have dark purple bruise from the area she did the blood work. This was a week and a half ago. They didn’t treat me bad, I believe that a great service is combined with understanding, hospitality and in this case safe procedures.
Very nice people!! Front desk was great people. Not too long of a wait. The guy that took my blood was amazing, good conversation and answered all my question!
Place was extremely clean and the receptionist was very courtesy + polite. Not long wait but exam took alittle while longer than expected but overall very satisfied with CONCENTRA!!! THANK YOU LADIES AGAIN IN ASSISTING ME WITH GETTING MY PA DOT MEDICAL CLEARANCE FOR MY JOB!!!
Absolutely horrible. We drove 4 hours away to get a drug screening done for a job to then be turned away because they were no longer taking patients after we called before we left to confirm our appointment and half way as well to tell them we were running 10 minutes behind. 4 hours drive and a call half way to not be told once they weren’t taking anyone anymore. Then we also received a HUGE attitude from the lady working the front desk whom proceeded to tell us that this wasn’t her problem and it seemed like a personal problem for us that they weren’t gonna take us even though we had an appointment. Very unprofessional and disrespectful!
