  1. Still sitting in exam room as I write this review, but am so impressed and relieved I couldn’t write this soon enough. From the minute I walked in the door I was treated kindly, and professionally, and in record time. Came in for eye concerns, and was given a thorough (and in my medical opinion), accurate diagnosis. The nurse practitioner (Courtney Truax) is excellent, as well as the medical
Assistant and Receptionist who cared for me today. 10/10 experience – Highly Recommend this clinic.

  2. I came here during my vacation for strep throat and everyone that I came into contact with was absolutely amazing! So friendly and warm. The nurse and nurse practitioner that attended to me were so nice! I will most definitely come here in the future if I ever need a doctor during my vacation again. I highly recommend!

  3. I really wanted to rate this as a 1 since I had to wait over an hour for a non busy lobby. The front desk person being trained was really pleasant but the person doing the training was not. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait so long in the lobby. BUT once I got in the back the people were very friendly, helpful, and very timely. Made it through triage and saw the nurse practitioner in less than 5 minutes. Great service in the back office landed this review with a 4 star, though could have easily been 5 if not for the front desk.

  4. Front desk was very very rude, as well as the medical assistant. They questioned my sickness as if I don’t need an urgent care. Well if I am feeling not so bad, and can wait for next month to see my primary care, I would have not gone there!!! I walked out.
They are not even deserving of 1 star.

I went to CvS minute clinic who were very awesome and saw me with no questions asked. They gave me steroid for my asthma and antibiotic for my infection.

  5. I was in the area on vacation and had a problem needing medical evaluation. Was seen in less than 10 minutes after arriving. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Medical staff assessed my problem and provided easy to understand explanations for treatment and follow-on care (if needed). Everyone I dealt with presented as, caring, knowledgeable professionals. Based on my experience the name of this practice could be changed to “High” Quality Urgent Care and Wellness

I’ve been to this ER a handful of times, I also delivered my daughter at this hospital, and have never had a bad experience until this day. I came in for a follow up rabies injection because I was bit by a dog and have to follow proper protocol to ensure my health as rabies is 100% fatal. I do not have a primary care doctor and cannot get the injections needed at an urgent care or at the health department like I was told I could, so the ER is my only option. I have worked in an emergency room before and understand how hectic and stressful the job can be, however that does not make it okay to be dismissive towards a patient trying to check in for their own well being. I left work to come get a rabies shot, I came during the day (wednesday february 8th) so I wouldn’t have to bring my child to the hospital with me. The nurse at check in did not seem to want to treat me, so she sent me to the outpatient center. I went there, checked in, and immediately was told by the woman who was seeing me that they do not give injections they just take blood. No problem there, she was very kind apologetic for the fact that I had been given the run around from the emergency room. I had to get back to work so I left. I came back that afternoon after picking up my daughter from daycare and the ER was still busy, no one’s fault I understand how that goes, which is also why I will be patient and respectful and wait my turn for a quick simple injection. Upon checking in, the same nurse I saw earlier in the day was immediately disrespectful with her tone, saying “weren’t you here earlier? didn’t you go down to outpatient center?” and “can you come back tomorrow?” and I told her yes I was, they do not give rabies injections down there so I need to be checked in here because this needs to be done today. She was very dismissive about wanting to treat me yet again. I didn’t care how long the wait would be because I needed that injection that day, so I sat and waited and watched as the same nurse was disrespectful and impatient with nearly every other patient that checked in. The ER is a fast paced, busy, hectic, and trying place to work in, if someone cannot handle that stress they do not need to be the first face someone sees when they are in a time of need. Thankfully what I was being seen for was not something immediately traumatic, but I cannot say the same for others that were there that day. I am hesitant to come back to this hospital but I am hopeful that it was just a bad day for the woman at the check in/triage desk and sincerely hope she does not treat people with that attitude on a daily basis. There were other employees I came into contact with who also seemed stressed, but they thankfully did not take that frustration out on me just because I was there and had to return for something so simple. It was quick and easy to give me the shot, but if I don’t get this treatment it could be serious and my daughter could lose her mother, my husband could lose his wife. Please consider the way patients are treated not just medically, but as humans who have their family and well being to worry about as well.

Today was by far the best experience I’ve had here, and I grew up here. Staff was great, thorough. Doctor was very informative, kind, attentive, and made sure I understood current conditions and what to expect in the future. Had some long, unresolved issues with my child and feel like now I have direction to a road of healing.

My husband had a quadruple bypass on February 6, 2023. On February 16, 2023, he wasn’t feeling well and very lightheaded. At the ER, they took him back right away for a EKG, which was fine. On the way to the waiting room, he almost passed out, it took a nurse and myself to hold him up while another nurse got a wheelchair.
Over the next 7 hours of sitting in the waiting room, they took some labs and did another EKG. A doctor came out to talk with us in the waiting room, explained that he had a call in to a cardiologist but had no idea when one would come. At this point my husband called the cardiac care number to talk to someone there. That nurse said she would call the charge nurse and find out what was going on. I also was talking to the doctor at that time and told him that I was just gonna take him home. Sitting in the waiting room for hours was ridiculous. The doctor then said he would call the cardiologist again. Within 10 minutes of the cardiac care call and telling the doctor we were leaving, my husband was taken back to a room, a cardiologist was there within another 5 minutes. He was upstairs in a regular room 30 minutes later.
It’s terrible that we had to become Karen’s to get the proper care for a cardiac patient!

I had reoccurring migraines, after a week I went to the ER The staff was polite & considerate of the fact that lights & noise make my head pound more. They put me in a quiet room & kept the lights as low as possible. That has not been the case in several hospitals I’ve been at before this one. I was treated with medication & released. Very grateful for how I was treated.

Going to the ER normally is stressful let alone on vacation. However, it was a pleasant experience for me. Waiting was not bad
I was impressed how efficiently things ran. They were extremely busy, Shocking really but they kept things moving. In spite of being busy, everyone was pleasant, profesional and helpful.

When I arrived and checked in, the gentlemen treated me like I was bothering him and acted annoyed and I should have known the process to check in to the laptop even though I had never been there before. It was disappointing to have such poor customer service – they had been open only 30 minutes and they already were like this. I hope management can work on improving this for future customers

Over my many years I have visited many different medical practices/offices in different states, and bases (especially as of lately, in the panhandle area). I can attest that the staff (Erin, Alissa and Lee), the Ofc Mngr Jordan, and Dr Siegel, exceed the standards by far. They are the nicest people, all with exceptionally wonderful customer/patient service skills, and are excellent in their professionalism towards customers/patients. In comparison, I recently had been going to a nearby fancy, high-end Medical practice for awhile. I too, got fed up with staff at other places that seemed rude, did not listen to the patient very well, seemed like they needed to refer to medical school notes, or were just pushing patients through the visit like a piece of meat in an assembly line to get to the next number.
All I can say is I am very impressed with Dr Siegel’s office, and I am willing to travel the longer distance from my home just to get the excellent medical care and treated respectfully at Gulf Coast Immediate Care and to have pleasure of seeing Dr Siegel, and his staff. They earned 5 stars – It has been a long time since I’ve been to a Dr’s Office that superbly treats and cares for their customers/patients like they do at GC Immediate Care.

Still forcing people to wear a mask in October 2022! Refusing to help a child in need who doesn’t want to be forced to wear a mask for a knee injury!! We went to the ER in the last few days and no one mentioned a mask to us.

I am here on vacation and not feeling to well. I came in early today and was seen right away. The front desk manager Jordan was great as he checked me in very quickly. The nurse Erin, was awesome as she helped me choose which pharmacy without me asking. I was seen by Marcos Otero and he explained everything that I needed to know plus super friendly. If I lived here, this would be my go to medical office as I read they do primary care also. I would definitely recommend.
