  1. Everyone was kind and courteous. The front desk staff was welcoming. The nursing staff were kind. The nurse practitioner was amazing and didn’t mind the jokes from my 13 year old daughter. She even laughed at them.
The only downside was the wait time. We waited more than 3 hours; however, this is one of the few clinics in town that actually accept walk-ins so I felt the wait was definitely worth it. So much better than having to wait in the ER waiting room.

  2. The staff and doctors are wonderful! The only thing I would say I didn’t like was the fact of after being there so long; the discharge papers took too long. I had to wait an additional 45 min in the waiting room for them. But I also try to put in consideration that they were very busy.

Overall, this was a great experience. I made it 4 stars because of the wait time for the discharge paperwork. Great place though!! And they do X-rays which is a plus!! I definitely recommend this place!

  3. Every staff member was professional and helpful. I am so appreciative of their understanding, compassion, and overall knowledge. The nurse was so kind and had small talk with me as I prepared for another test. The Dr. was extremely supportive and provided all my required paper work in a timely manner. The location was quite crowded for a Wednesday afternoon but with an appointment I was out of there in under 2 hours. Very impressive! Thank you all so much.

  4. We got there at 8:25am and they opened at 8:00am. I took my 2 year old and he didn’t get seen until 11am. We waited 3 hours. And then when we got back to the exam room, the drawers were open and they had disgusting hair and dust and dirt all in them. It looked so nasty and unorganized. I doubt they sanitized the room. They didn’t even have sanitize wipes in the room like all doctors offices do. The doctor was fine that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Just an average Nurse Practitioner that did her job. But ZERO stars for the cleanliness and care of the actual medical equipment and presentation. Also can’t believe I waited for 3 hours when I got there 20 minutes after they opened.

  5. Wait time wasn’t bad at all! I had booked the appointment for my son the day before. Overall appointment time was under 1 1/2 hours. Super easy to check in. The NP we saw was absolutely amazing. My toddler even let her look into his ears without me having to hold his head down. Appreciated her honest input. Will definitely use in the future.

Wait time was longer than expected. Especially when I already had an appointment scheduled. What’s the point of an appointment if I still have to wait?
Other than that, staff was very nice and they operated quickly once I got to the back. Outstanding care. See y’all next year.

I went for a drug screening for work around 11am on a Tuesday and it was a little busy at that time. Checked in, which took about five minutes, then proceeded to wait for almost three hours for them to call me back for a 10min test. The tech who did my testing was very professional, albeit a bit gruff, and explained the process to me as we conducted the test. Other than the wait time, it was a pleasant experience.

The doctor was amazing, however waiting 5+ hours for ANYTHING completely defeats the purpose of an “urgent care”. It took me coming out of my room after the nurses repeatedly kept pushing me behind other patients (which I saw with my own eyes) and saying something to them that I was seen. I arrived at the clinic at 9:30 and wasn’t seen until after 1:45 PM. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If you need REAL “Urgent Care”, you will honestly be seen quicker at the hospital.

I called ahead to make sure I could get everything done for my travel assignment and was told I needed to be there by a certain time for a TB spot test. I made sure to get there in time and reiterated I needed this certain test by a time. Unfortunately they forgot but I made sure to advocate for myself several times and thankfully one of the nurses heard me and brought me back (after a 2 hour wait) and got my test done quickly. Then I was back there waiting on the PA to sign paper work my nurse had already done for about an hour and a half. I spent a total of about 5.5 hours. Being a healthcare worker, I understand to be patient due to nursing shortage, but I also understand efficiency and being productive in the workplace. They need more staffing for the amount of patients they see daily. If able, seek out another facility that takes appt. If not, plan to bring snacks and drinks because it is an all day affair.
