This was the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care/emergency type clinic. Not only was the staff so kind, but they were also impressively speedy compared to other clinics like this I have been to! The receptionists were kind, the doctors as well (one even asking my pronouns,) and Ari was so sweet!
Thank you all for making my experiences here nothing but positive.By Sarah Littlefield (4 months ago)The doctor and nurses were quick and thorough! The check in process was easy but the lady at the front desk seemed like she didn’t want to be there, spoke very softly, and answered the phone with a negative tone of voice-almost a rude attitude. All the other staff were friendly and personable, so she might have just been having a bad day. Overall very impressed with how quick, easy, and thorough this clinic was!By Morgan Vaughn (4 months ago)The check in staff weren’t exactly friendly but we’re informative of what I needed to do when it came to filling out paperwork that I needed to fill out. I don’t recommend getting there around 4:00 in the afternoon because you’re going to be sitting in your car waiting quite a while before you see a doctor. I’m not sure if there was only one doctor available and it was a Sunday. Dr Bland was very kind and personable and quick at getting my medicine to my Pharmacy and test results as well. I know it probably wouldn’t be great but it would be nice if they could be open later than 6:00 p.m. because it is a walk-in clinic and on the weekends you never know how you’re going to feel. Dr Wise I was pleased and have no complaints as for staff definitely need to have more of a teaspoon range of a personality because people are coming to you that don’t feel well and at least be a little bit more upbeat and smile it goes a long way. This was my first time having a doctor come out to my vehicle versus coming into the building in which in the past when I have come into the building it’s always very clean tidy and the doctors and nurses have been very nice and accommodating and educational to me.By Courtney O’Mary (5 months ago)Quick service and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend! My son woke up Sunday morning complaining of ear pain. I figured he had an ear infection, but of course his doctor’s office was closed. So we headed to the walk- in clinic figuring we’d have a long wait. We were greeted at the door and given paperwork to fill out in the car. Dr. Smith examined my son from the car and we didn’t even have to go inside and be exposed to extra germs! They sent his prescription in and we were able to pick it up shortly after leaving. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Very pleased with our experience and thankful that they’re open on the weekends!By Hayley Portmann (5 months ago)I found the service process and experience to be very clear, positive, accommodating, effective, unusually comfortable for my visit concerning a common mild illness. The steps combining a minimal time at the inside receptionist, activities while in your car – electronic health record entry and nurse short interview by phone, and subsequent physician visit outside my car all went smoothly and I very much appreciated this approach by the drop-in clinic.By V. Super fast same day service. My son and I were both sick. They were super thorough especially in the time span. The people were very nice and really seemed to care about both of us. From the first person we seen who checked us in(Keina, my favorite person honestly.) To the person who gave my son his doctors note (Daniel, my son’s favorite.) I would %100 recommend. Last but definitely not least we were both seen by Emory and she really made us both feel heard and I can honestly say we walked out of there feeling like we had answers. Thank you all for such a great experience!By Dusty rose Mackey (3 months ago)My family has been seeing Karas Health Care for several years and I kept hearing good things about their experiences. Well I finally had a need to see the doctors office and visited for my first time and their bedside manner was amazing. I own a business and know that the experience starts at their website/phone call and follows all the way thru. Thanks for having an attitude of “seeking to understand before being understood!By D Nichols (2 weeks ago)Dr Dustin Hoover and Abby Rudolph APRN have provided me with amazing care! As a retired nurse, I’ve struggled with feeling like providers actually listen and thoroughly address my concerns. That’s never been an issue for me at Kara’s.By Arkansas RN (4 months ago)Staff can be condescending and even belittling.
Over the years they forgot what healthcare is about and they turned the clinic into a money making machine.
They will literally have you make an appointment that’s a “walk-in” so you are still stuck sitting there waiting your turn. When you could have just walked in!
They will send your lab work off to 3rd party without your knowledge and then the 3rd party will charge you.
Good luck seeing a doctor! Students will practice on you without first asking you if that’s okay.
So yeah… all about the $$$
I think they have no clue what the oath is even about.By Bori Maness (4 months ago)I called ahead and spoke to Anna to get a sports physical for my daughter and was told they could provide that if I could be there before 5:15. We arrived at 4:50 and was told that they stopped taking appointments at 4:45. If you’re needing something quickly don’t trust the information you get over the phone. Apparently when you call the Lowell office someone in Fayetteville answers the phone and doesn’t understand what the patient load is in the Lowell office. There were 2 patients sitting in the waiting room when we walked in so I’m assuming that they’re understaffed for the patient load. If you’re a parent looking to get care for your child you’ll probably be better off going to a more established Healthcare provider first.By J B (3 months ago)

Mrs.Brittany is amazing!!!!!! She makes you feel like a family member or someone she has known for years. She shares her own experiences and she takes time with whoever she is seeing. I would recommend this clinic for EVERYONE! She even lets you know you are more than welcome to call her ( let’s you know what days she’s working and days she off.) if you have any problems or questions. Her heart is definitely in her profession .
Awesome experience! I was able to schedule online and fill out all paperwork before we got there. The front desk staff was super friendly. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr. was quick to get in and didn’t seem to be in a big rush to get out. I Would definitely use this urgent care clinic again.
Setting up appointment on line was easy. I was in and out quickly. The staff was very pleasant and personable, even those I was not directly interacting with said hello, hope you feel better, etc. When you are already not feeling well, those little things can really brighten your day.
We love Ms. Christi. And we love the staff.
Everyone is always very friendly, welcoming, and patient. Ms. Christi is very thorough, kind and helpful. They really are our go to for myself and my child. They are also very quick to answer any questions you have after you have left. With all the sickness and increase of population; they handle it with ease and care. We are truly thankful for each one of them.
My whole family has recently been seen here and they did a great job getting us in and out. Medicine was ordered for us quickly. When my husband didn’t get better at first she ordered him something else right away which did the trick. Very professional and nice people here.
