SAMA Dr Monteith does a great job caring for me. I drive 35 miles to SAMA for my care. Briefly I came on a day there was a tornado watch and a storm system between El Dorado and my home town. After my appointment I was waiting in the waiting room for the storm system to pass over before I drove back home. As I was waiting during the noon hour a tornado warning was issued. The staff allowed me to come into the interior of the building away from the windows. At the time I am writing this they are saying there was an unconfirmed tornado in the area. Someone ended up recommending Christy Buhrman. From that first visit (we’ve had a handful of visits with her) up to today with his 1 year check-up she has been absolutely amazing with him. She takes her time with him, checks everything from his ears/even his throat when someone’s been sick in our household, she checks to see how his skin is doing with him having such sensitive skin, she always recommends the best medicine/ routine for him and always wants us to follow up with her, and just overall I wouldn’t trade her for anything!! When she told me she can see him up until he’s 20, I can’t even begin expressing how happy I was. Can’t provide any proof of charges. Much less can’t even tell you which debt collector they sent your information too.

Customer service is so important in a business. The ladies at this clinic was just magnificent. I drove there today (12/24/22) because our Urgent Care in Camden, Ark turned me away because they closed at 12 for the Holiday, I arrived there at 10:46 the receptionist told me to call back at 11:30 to see if they could fit me in of course they couldn’t, told me to go to ER. Her concern was not to take care of the sick but to make sure they was leaving at 12. There was another lady who was also sent away today because she made it there right at 12. That’s truly bad business and I pray that I will never have to go back to Camden Urgent Care again I will gladly drive to Eldorado because of the care that I felt when I entered those doors! I couldn’t even drink a few ounces of water. I was told the doctor would send something in for my mucus. As you read this you may assume I am in the room after seeing a doctor or at least a nurse at this point. You would be wrong. I was in my vehicle given paperwork and I was told what I just wrote. I was given a diagnosis without ever seeing anyone about my issues. No one looked down my throat. I never even entered the building. I ask the “lady” outside if I could see someone. She replied, “I’ll go ask “and I waited for a decision to be relayed to me outside. It never came until I got tired of waiting. I opened the door and went to place the non-filled out paperwork on her desk. I asked if the doctor was going to see me, and she said yes but I need you to fill that out before. I wonder. How long was she going to let me wait outside for the news about the doctor that decided to see me when the doctor didn’t want to prior to that. I was waiting to fill out the paperwork on using that exact information on whether to stay or not. She was so rude that I didn’t trust a place that is so rude and lazy with my health. The doctor may be great. First time visiting this facility, and while I was filling my paperwork out in the lobby, I hear another lady ask the girl behind the desk, if she was required to wear a mask. She casually replied that she was busy and just hadn’t gone to get one. When she started calling patients back, I realized she wasn’t the receptionist, and I left. My Mom, Judith, was recently an inpatient. From her start in the Emergency Room to being discharged from the 4th floor the experience was great. The nurses and staff went above and beyond making sure she received exceptional care. They were very kind, patient and explained everything that was happening to her. We really appreciated the care she received. Great job!!
Staff was so friendly and kind. My Diagnostic Mammograms are always
complicated, back and forth from the imaging machine to ultra sound and back again. I have cysts in both breasts. The staff were so patient and gentle and kind to me thru it all. I am so grateful. I will be seeing again in six months.
The nurses were very attentive and a joy to talk with. Doctors listened and asked lots of questions never giving the impression they were in a hurry. The nurse overseeing the 4th floor was a delight and very helpful. Her name is Angel. Thank you for the great care.
I always get A1 treatment when I go see Dr Wiley, the staff is always bright 🌞cheerful and helpful. Julie always makes sure I get all the test I need to keep me healthy. Check in was s l o w had to wait over 30 minutes before I was called to a room. The rooms were empty and there were two clerks but I had to wait even though I had an appointment for a CT scan.
The CT Technician was awesome she was very knowledgeable, polite, and competed the CT scan in a timely manner.
