It was my first time going to this urgent care center. I scheduled an appointment online which was easy. Staff was very professional and kind. My entire visit took approximately 1 hour which included testing, results and exam by the Nurse Practitioner. Was prescribed medication and I am definitely starting to feel better. I will use this facility again if needed. They tested me for Covid, flu, and strep. Told me I was negative for all three. Listened to my breathing, looked at my throat and ears. Told me they were sending in prescriptions for antibiotics and nose spray and sent me on my way. The longest wait was the 15 minutes for the test results. However I was a little disappointed that they didn’t mention what exactly what was wrong with me. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was cared for as if I were the most important person there! They do care. They show respect, and they actually help you get back on your feet. (4 months ago)I went to Peachtree Immediate Care to get an X-ray due to some pain in my lower back.Simone at the desk is very nice. Reassured me that it was okay if I was a few minutes late due to the weather. Very friendly person who takes pride in her job. Porsche did my BP, weight, and the X-ray. So sweet and did a great job. She even told me that she hopes I feel better! Jessica the NP did a wonderfully thorough job of asking questions and talking to me at length about symptoms and treatment. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and wrote down my treatment plan. Other places don’t usually do that.
Very pleased with the staff, and I’m so glad they have an X-ray on site. I will use this urgent care before any others. Thanks again, ladies!

Unlike my last experience with Amber, Brenda Higgins was magnificent! She paid attention and listen to my issues carefully but quickly! I really appreciate having her as a provider. Also, her nurse that did triage on me was great. She listened and was very professional! So bit the bullet and took her in. Wait wasn’t too bad with the “hold my spot” feature. Could blow it still felt completely stopped up. At times my throat was clogged which made me feel like I couldn’t breathe. No fever. Sore throat occasionally. Couldn’t sleep. Nothing I had at home worked. I have 3 more days to work before the holidays. I have a grandson with leukemia that can not catch a cold or his immune system bottoms out. I transport his older brother to/from school. Another grandson is being Baptized tomorrow. I desperately need help!!!
Not Covid. Not flu. Not strep. Common cold. Received steroid shot. Felt 100% better within an hour. Have prescription for cough med plus antibiotic for one week. The wait time was pretty long, not their fault though, and saving my spot online helped a lot. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and very helpful. I saw NP Brown and she was amazing, experience definitely changes depending on who’s working but she, and everyone I saw today were extremely sweet and helpful!
My daughter referred my son to State Urgent Care as she has been several times. They are quick, responsive and believe in getting their patients well! As a parent, I feel like they take great care of their student patients. They are easy to work with regarding insurance and prescriptions. We are very satisfied with this clinic over others in the area and will be using them from now on. Thank you for taking such great care of them.

I always appreciate going to State Urgent Care for my healthcare needs; as well as, urgent needs of my infant son. They always get it right the first time and take great care of me and my family.
