I had to go to Concentra for a drug screen to start my new job. The ladies at the front desk are amazing! They’re so busy (that place is seriously packed), but they’re still kind, patient and efficient. I wish I could remember the one woman’s name because she was amazing. The doctor who did my physical was very polite so that’s the reason I gave 1 star Also, the medic who did my screening was very friendly. The staff was very polite from start to finish. They explained everything well and were thorough. My wait time was minimal. The only downfall was having to return for results regarding the TB test. I had to travel a long way and navigate through construction around the building entrance just to have my arm glanced at and sent on my way.
The entire staff was extremely polite, friendly and efficient at all times. Even though I was there with no appointment or pre-preparation on a busy Monday, they processed my visit with far less time than what I expected and less time even than what they warned me it might take.
Friendly, professional staff! The medical assistant was very kind and proficient. She explained everything throughout my visit and made me feel very comfortable and confident in her skills. The nurse practitioner that examined me was also very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire staff, down to the waiting room security guard, seemed eager to be helpful in any capacity, allowing the task of having to complete my pre-employment physical, drug screen, and blood draw easy and stress-free.
I went there for an on boarding drug screening and everyone was amazing. From the time I walked in the door, everyone was friendly, patient, and informative. I appreciate all the wonderful workers at Concentra. I recommend that all employers and people needed medical care go there. It’s convenient near the free way, and has plenty of parking. Thanks again everyone!
Just completed a lengthy pre-employment physical. Staff was friendly and efficient. Doc was genuine and nice.
I am pretty sure they may have made the letters on the bottom of the eye test smaller than normal. 😉
