I had an emergency, and my dad recommended this place to me. Everyone here was kind and respectful. I felt safe and comfortable, and the issue was quickly handled. The one thing I have a complaint about. Is communication. You have to check on their website constantly for messages, because even though for the most part their good about calling you and leaving messages, but somebody there drops the ball a little too much. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for a visit because no one informed me that my medication was prescribed and waiting at rite aid. About 2-3 weeks later, they charged me anyway. Then, they charged me again for something else. Even though I had already paid everything up front. It was frustrating, but I’d still go back to them for help. They were both kind and empathetic to how I was feeling. They were able to test me for strep throat and it came back positive. They sent over my prescription to CVS. My daughter went there needing medical help and they were incredibly rude and preachy with her. As they examined her the female dr didn’t tell her what she was doing and was very rough with my daughter. My daughter left without recieving help for the pain she was dealing with and will never go back there again. They are massively under qualified and under educated. They make patients call over and over to remind them to do things that are part of their job. It’s a complete sham. Go anywhere else. I’ve met one person who was qualified and good at her job. But she left. Also they’ll make you wait on hold for way longer then necessary. Dr. Tyagi is okay, every time I’ve had a concern for anything she just prescribed me medication and doesn’t really check me or actually do an evaluation. She never has availability and when she does the appointments are like 2 seconds long. Also, I’ve just had to wait in the waiting room 30-50 minutes after when I’ve checked in 30 minutes before. On top of that, some of the nurses are really nice and good with patient care, the rest are absolutely horrible. She does not like her job, I can tell, anyone sensitive can tell. Medi-Cal does accept Chiropractor about FIVE MONTHS later but afterwards, it’s twice a year, anyways, I waited, not complaining. I was treated very kindly and respectfully at Enloe ER. I’ve been there many times. Sometimes the wait is terrible but the staff truly put there all into seeing that everyone is cared for. They remain professional and restrained in terribly aggressive and even violent situations. Their job is not always pretty. Not one for me at least. The staff and caregivers are mistreated daily. I just think you get fed what you bring to the table. Thank you ER. You totally have my trust and respect.
Phenomenal nurses and doctors. Just had surgery here. Everything was explained. My nurses were so caring. They helped out me at ease before the surgery. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
My mother was in pain for 4 hours visiting the emergency room. They didn’t go over her full lab results, or offer privacy for changing into a gown! They waited 2 hours before running any lab work. They asked for her electric signature when she was nodding in and out of consciousness.
When voicing concern, the nurse he said that we got great care. 😑

Horrible visit. The intake was horrible, the gal wanted to argue with me about my daughter, the discharge was just as bad. The gal came in, pulled the IV, argued with my wife, then walked out. When asked if we can speak with the doc before we leave and we were told, no, the night crew left. All new people.
Why does that matter, the hospital takes notes, the morning crew can read said notes and answer any questions. The nurse that took care of my wife and baby girl was awesome. He had great manners and a good attitude. You can tell he cared, unlike the young girl dressed in all red scrubs that had a major attitude. I’ll be reporting to my insurance and to the head of the hospital
As usual the wait times in the ER are very long. When I was very sick recently the caregivers I was given at the beginning of my stay were kind, caring people. As my care got toward the end of treatment, that’s when all the snide, verbally abusiveness n cruelty started. The incident that upset me so much was I very strongly said I’m not independent. I’m unable to wipe my backside n the attending nurse on 11/17/2023 in RM 5574, very cruely said, yes you can …I said back, no I can’t n she said then you can just sit there. So abusively. I finally got to meet with charge nurse Scott, n I physically showed him that I was unable to reach that area n without his kindness, I’d still be verbally intimidated to stay on the toilet n do something I couldn’t do. I also called the police n informed them of how I was being abused by caregivers. I have never been so horribly treated in what’s supposed to be such a great hospital. That nurse should be fired n never allowed to be a nurse anywhere. The way Enloe hires people n then when they do wrong, n just go oh well, that patient is at fault etc….is a disgrace. Thank God for Scott the charge nurse. I’ll be looking for another hospital. I’m tired of their care teams that are abusive.
