I had sliced my thumb on a mandolin slicer and I knew I had to have medical attention as it would not stop bleeding. WellNow is not the nearest one to my house, but I had a great experience with them before during COVID when I was tested. I received a friendly greeting and my information was taken immediately. Once the paperwork was done I was escorted to the procedure room. I wasn’t sitting there for too long before they came in for vitals, followed by the PA Jocelyn. What an incredible person! She was talking to me the whole time and keeping me engaged in conversation as she stitched up my finger. How she distracted me from what she was doing came so naturally to her, and she is delightful. I received fantastic care and left feeling so much better in about an hours worth of time. The team of professionals know their jobs and do them very well. They surpassed what I anticipated and I truly appreciated how well they treated me.
The only criticism I have would be the cleanliness of the procedure room floor. It was dirty – visibly dirty and looked like it had not been swept in quite some time, which had me hoping that the rest of the room was cleaner than the floor as I don’t want an infection.
By Susan Royce (2 months ago)I came Sunday morning July 3rd, I’ve always had impeccable timing for unfortunate events. These employees were so kind. Not just to me, but everyone who walked in. The person who told me I was able to go in the back offered to wheel me back! I was there for an heel injury and couldn’t walk. Jocelyn the PA was very cool. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She really took her time with me and had me out of there in no time. I wish I knew the other front staff nurses/receptionists names so I could thank them too. Most of the people there were nice or helpful but I was told an hour to an hour and a half wait and waited 3 hours. Also the nurse in back was very rude and when I said I was waiting 3 hours she said well you should of went to your doctor instead and to be grateful I’m still not in the waiting room. I said I was out there for 2 hours and I’ve been waiting back here for an hour. After a few breathing treatments and a dose of steroids we were sent to Children’s Hospital for more in depth and personal care regarding her condition. My daughter needed a school physical at the last minute (Not covered by insurance,
it cost $30) The service was excellent!

The Clinic was extremely clean.
The Receptionists were kind and professional.

This was my first visit to Well Now and I would definitely recommend their facility. Check in was very efficient. I was actually taken back to the patient room before my scheduled appointment time. The nurse asked useful questions and asked if I wanted a particular test, which I did. The PA deliver my test results and my diagnosis within a matter of minutes. I am happy to say I’m feeling a little better today due to the quick access to my needed medications.
The location at Walden and Union. I was treated by Dr. Thor and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to me and made sure I was feeling better than when I arrived. It was the best experience I’ve had with a Dr. In a very long time. He treated me better than my primary Dr who couldn’t even see me before a week. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I waited over an hour to be seen but it’s Urgent Care so in the end it was worth the wait
I went in for a COVID test.
Check in staff was so kind. Nurse was so friendly and made me feel right at home. Very professional. The PA and his scribe were kind, funny and encouraging. One of the best experiences I’ve had seeking medical care.
Whenever I come to this location , it’s always clean and the woman at the front desk checking you in are always nice and greet you. Love the providers that work there! My go to location if needed to be seen quickly for any reason! Highly recommend going here ! In and out if you schedule and appointment online.
