I was extremely rushed to get up and dressed. The nurse kept saying she has another patient. I live 2 hours out of town and felt I couldn’t even ask to use the rest room before I left because she was rushing to get me out.
I wish she would have maybe gone over my exit release instead of telling me to get in the wheel chair because she has another patient…. I felt like a burden to her.
The OR nurses, anesthesiologist and my check in nurse were wonderful. My check in nurse Kevin was great and helpful with any questions that myself or my husband had. The anesthesiologist really listened about my concerns with nausea and this was the first time I didn’t get sick… thank you !!By Amy Elstner (5 months ago)I had a fusion of my Cervical C3-C7 due to ruptured disc’s. My care was excellent with just 2 exceptions. After surgery the nursing staff was beyond complaints and their attitudes were beyond reproach. I was discharged on a Saturday afternoon, and the staff for the last shift I was there had a much to be desired attitude. They had come in that morning and showed no interest as to how I was doing and just left. The second time they came in I had to stop them from leaving and asked to be helped to the bathroom. I guess that since my 83 year old mother was there, they assumed she should be taking care of any needs I might have.
The second disappointment was that although I received a very nice card from my surgical nurses, I never received a phone call after my discharge checking on me. In the past my husband and I use to get phone inquiries as to our recovery.By Anjanette Holladay (6 months ago)

I wish we lived closer because I would bring my family back there just to have the experience we had at integrity! The waiting time was only about 15 minutes. The receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable about what I needed as were other staff. The testing and reading of results were done in a timely manner. The physician was very nice and a pleasure to meet and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and instructed me to return or call if I had further problems. 1. I was able to schedule my appointment online which was super easy and convenient.
2. I had barely any wait time. I did arrive 10 minutes early which I think helps.

4. The nurses and doctors are professional and knowledgeable.
5. I was in and out in well under an hour. They are super efficient.

I came to SignatureCare tonight to get examined and I had the best experience because of the sweet staff. I felt very comfortable telling the kind nurse, Amber, about my symptoms and medical history. She was patient with me, answered all my questions with a smile, had a pleasant personality, and did not make me feel like I had a dumb question or rush me through the process. 10/10 recommend Amber as a nurse and person. Dr. Kimball explained things well and also made me feel comfortable. Monica at the front desk was so helpful, worked quickly to respect my time and hers, and also made me feel super comfortable. She along with her co-workers were very respectful. I mentioned my sister testing positive for COVID and they even offered tips, helpful informational documents and wrote down medicine to help her symptoms. I am very satisfied with my experience and will be referring/coming back if need be.
Had to take daughter here today, from start to finish I was so impressed! Barbara was so pleasant and helped us get checked in very quickly. Jason our nurse took us back and calmed her nerves. JR did her blood pressure! All was amazing! We were in and out within an hour! The doctor was so knowledgeable! Everyone went over and beyond!
I had an excellent visit to this ER. There was hardly any wait time when I arrived. I was greeted warmly by Taylor at the front desk with minimal paperwork and taken in immediately. The Nurse Amanda was super sweet and efficient. My Ultrasound tech was also amazing and very professional. Dr. Vakey was just the warmest, sweetest Doctor I have ever met in my life. He was very knowledgeable but also very human and very kind. I would absolutely refer anyone to this facility as they really do seem to care and are very efficient.
I had a wonderful experience at SignatureCare. Wait time was fast & paperwork was easy. This place has a wonderful staff of individual such as Peyton, Jason, Charla and Emily who all took their time to explain everything to me as well as make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Vakey was clear and comforting when speaking to me. Overall I would recommend SignatureCare for all your needs.
The signature care staff today was awesome, everyone who helped me was very kind including Dr. Wright, Emily, Julia, Barbara, and Juan. I felt very well cared for and they made sure I had everything I needed. They checked on me regularly and I waited maybe 15 minutes to be seen. Overall this place is excellent and if I have another emergency, I trust them to take care of me.
