I was going to take my son to the walk-in clinic but looked at his cut and knew I needed to take him to Urgent Care. Dr. Austin is the best he stitched him up and did an amazing job. I came to the clinic, was seen immediately by Alain Green FNP, no wait, and he did a thorough exam plus they took a Lyme blood test and prescribed the antibiotics. They took alot of time, there was no drama over my insurance, I said I would make a copay right then just in case, but they weren’t concerned. I got a bill in the mail recently for $50, which I paid immediately I was so grateful and impressed with the service and also that they let me leave without getting any payment off me at the time! I also easily accessed the notes and test results on their online portal. (This was a completely different experience than I had in a Tuscaloosa AL clinic, concerning the same bite.) When I called to follow up on the results the woman who answered did not put me on hold when consulting with the provider. I went to the North Sandford walk-in clinic on Memorial day 2022 (today). I was very pleased with my service and care. The receptionist was very kind and efficient. Dr. Ashley was very pleasant and informative of what my concerns were. I felt like she listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns that I had, in a very professional and informative matter. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I have been going here since I was a little girl. Lovely place and very friendly staff.
I had to go in for an ultrasound and breast biopsy. Paige, the ultrasound technician, was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kim and Dr. Westmoreland were the same. From start to finish of my appointment there, I felt like I was important to them. They took the time to explain everything about the procedure, what to expect, and provided detailed and easy to understand instruction. What could have been a nerve racking, horrible experience was actually one that was comforting and easy. These three medical professionals demonstrated the ideal health care providers. I hope their manager(s) and MDC realize how fortunate they are to have such qualified, caring individuals as these three.
All Employees were very friendly and helpful. The Nurse who took my vitals was very welcoming and cordial. Leslie Worrel was the person who gathered all the information for why I was there and took all the tests and made the diagnosis and prescribed the medication and treatment that made me well again. She did it in a very professional, friendly and reassuring manner which I really appreciate from a Medical Professional. Great job all the way around!!!
My annual visit was just what I expected with Dr Gustafson. She always greats me a smile each and every time I come and asks how I have been.. No different this time than any other time.. She took the time to listen to any of questions or concerns and provided great advice. She cares about my health and me as a person. That is what I really like most about her and why I keep going back to her. Thank you Dr Gustafson.
